  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean with very good quality furnishings and linens. We were, however, disappointed that the parking was inadequate for the entire building. Many times we had to park away from the property and walk to the condo. Also, for such a nice place with 3 bedrooms, there was only one television and it had extremely limited channel selections. We were not able to watch even one football bowl game! The kitchen was very nice but there were not enough bowls and not even one sharp knife that was not serrated. We also had to walk away from the area for a trash dumpster. Very inconvenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Condo was decorated beautifully. It had all the linens we could need, as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. It was very comfortable and clean. Thanks to Katherine for getting us switched to this unit after the issue with our originally reserved unit not being up to par.
