  This perfect little beach cottage. Location was great (within walking distance to everything in Pacific City and short walk to the beach) and you can't beat the price compared to other nearby rental. We will be back!!

  We loved our recent stay at this beach home. It is located in a great area, is well kept and has thoughtful furnishings. This home is situated in a community that is quiet and within easy walking distance to the beach. In addition, driving distances to fun coastal destinations are very reasonable for day trips. This home deserves serious consideration when looking for a rental property on Oregon's coast.

  Our stay was wonderful, and Kiwanda Cabana was only a short walk down the beach to Cape Kiwanda, a beautiful place to watch the waves. The house was clean and simple, no frills and very cozy, with a lovely fireplace and a path to the beach nearby. The owners were very helpful in sending back some items that were forgotten.

  We had a really nice stay and the house was comfortable and just what our family with two young boys needed. The furniture was in good condition and decor was surfer-inspired and colorful. An easy beach access and the Pelican Brewery were both within comfortable walking distance. The people in the town were friendly and we got shellfish licenses and went up to Tillamook Bay and rented crabbing gear at Garibaldi; other days we hiked the Pacific City dune, Cape Lookout (stunning views although exposed in some areas), and saw the lighthouse at Cape Mears. We got a little lucky with the weather and saw some wonderful sunsets while building sand castles. It was great!

  We had a fabulous stay. The community and scenic beach were more than we had hoped for in terms of their beauty, accessibility, and tranquility. The property was well maintained and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The beach was magnificent and perfect for long walks. The location was ideal for exploring other scenic coastal regions, just a short car ride away. It was a very relaxing visit.

  Loved your house. Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Very clean. Comfy beds. Porch was great for relaxing. Plenty of closet space. Nice and airy!!!!

  We had a great time. The cottage is perfect for a small family like ours. It had everything we needed and all in great condition. It's a short walk to the beach and the Pelican brew pub.

  We had a lovely week with our 3.5 year old. The cabana is cute! It's simple but well maintained,-- it was just perfect for the 3 of us. Access to the property was easy, and we loved being able to walk down the "secret path" to the beach. Our son appreciated the extra bucket of beach toys on the patio! Pacific City is perfect for a laid-back family vacation. Definitely make time for the Pelican Pub and horseback riding on the beach! We hope to be back next summer.

  I stayed at Kiwanda Cabana after riding in Reach the Beach, which is a 104-mile bike ride from Portland to Pacific City that ends at the Pelican Pub. The place was perfect for me, my girlfriend, and our 2 friends that stayed with us. It's just a short walk from the Pelican Pub and Cape Kiwanda to the house. After a long day of bike-riding (and afternoon of drinking), it was nice to retire to the Kiwanda Cabana. The place was super clean with comfortable beds and furniture. We were a little disappointed the next day when the weather turned bad and we were forced to stay indoors. However, we didn't really mind too much since the house was so cozy. We built a fire in the fireplace, cooked a bunch of food in the well-equipped kitchen, watched movies, and played some board games. Kiwanda Cabana is awesome and I'll definitely stay there again!

  The Cape Kiwanda area is our favorite Oregon beach destination. This cute cabin is in one of the nicer gated communities near the cape area and favorite local spots like the Pelican Pub. Cute, clean and comfortable, it was a great cabin for our family. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet and cozy. Highly recommended.
