  Thank you so much Brenda for the most relaxing stress free vacation we have ever taken. We loved the condo, the unit is just spectacular. The views are great, we felt like we were on a cruise ship some times when you look out the deck and only see water, it was breathtaking. We spend many wonderful hours on the deck relaxing and watching the early morning fishermen, the para-surfers and kit boarders in the afternoons and enjoying drinks watching the wonderful stars at night. The kitchen is great, everything you would want in a kitchen is provided. We had coffee in the mornings, sometimes lunch but suppers were always enjoyed at one of the many excellent restaurants, all within walking distance to and from the condo. We spend many hour walking the beaches and along the streets filled with vendors, returning in the afternoon to relax in the pool for a couple of hours. What you see in your pictures is what you get, but more, we were blown away when we first walked into the unit, much much more than we expected. Bucerias is a wonderful village, very friendly people everywhere, does not matter where you go day or night we never felt the least bit apprehensive. We were there over the Easter vacation so the population probably doubled, we enjoyed the music and celebrations and meeting many great people from all over Mexico that had come celebrate. We enjoyed the condo and Bucerias so much we only went into PV one afternoon and rented a car for our last day to drive to Sayalita, stopping at a few other villages along the way. Thanks so much for they use of your wonderful condo and we hope to visit again soon, #1 in our books. We have recommended your unit to numerous people and hope they contact you and have as perfect a vacation as we did

  Thank you Brenda for sharing your fabulous condo with us. The weather in March was lovely, colorful sunrises and cool mornings for coffee on the patio sofa, we watched the fisherman going out in in an amazing assortment of flotation devices, some could hardly be called boats. Warm afternoons were spent reading on the chaise lounge, sharing the space with the gulls, pelicans and frigate birds. John, who is a pilot, said watching those superb aviators up close was his favorite pastime. Later in the afternoon the wind would rise and the para-surfers and kite boarders arrived for an amazingly colorful display of acrobatics. We did spend a lot of time on the beautiful wide deck, I love how the patio doors slide into each other making the wall disappear and the indoors seem out. The kitchen is very well set up although we used it mainly for breakfast, there are far too many wonderful restaurants within a block or two to waste energy cooking. We did walk to the Mega store to buy some provisions. The taxi home was very reasonable. The beach out front goes for ever (12 kilometers I believe) We walked to Nuevo Vallarta and had lunch at the yacht club, again a reasonable cab ride back. The walk to La Cruz for the Sunday farmers market is a treat, lunch at the Brickhouse was fun, another cheap cab home. There are many places to stop and have a bucket of beer with your feet in the sand and shop as the beach vendors parade by. This is all right outside the door, perfect location. The pool area is lovely to look down on from the deck, especially at night, and beautifully maintained. Jose Luis and crew are hard workers and the pool and public areas are pristine. Security is very good. One evening around 10:00 PM we heard loud shouting /horseplay coming from the pool area. Minutes later, silence. There are plenty of chaises and chairs, it was never crowded. We loved the minimalist modern architecture and landscaping. The gym is spare but the elliptical machines, bikes and weights did get some use while we were there. I enjoyed the large windows that opened wide to the pool and ocean. My favorite thing of all was bedtime with the window wall fully open, listening to the surf crash and suck at the sand, truly wonderful. We hope to return

  Hi Brenda, We had a really wonderful time staying at your condo. The location was perfect to get to the town square, restaurants, and the ice cream shop -- which we had to go to every night at the request of our son. The staff at the complex were all very friendly and helpful. We met a family that owns a few units and they were kind enough to share their young son's pool toys with us while we were there so that was very unexpected, and nice to have lots of things for Cooper to play with. We have stayed in a house with a pool in Bucerias in the past but we were too nervous with our 2 year old son that he would wander into the pool in the middle of the night. I have to admit, the patio kind of scared me at first too (which I chalk up to a mother's paranoid mind.) As it turns out, patio was the highlight of the condo - large, comfortable, a perfect start and end to our days. The condo was very comfortable - cooking utensils, towels, laundry, a dvd player (for our son to watch a movie before bed), etc. . My husband left a book behind - we tend to do that when we travel - for others to read so perhaps a little library of beach reads would be a nice touch -- and definitely a guest book so we could gush about what a wonderful stay we had! We were extremely pleased with the condo, the location, the pool, the beach, and Bucerias itself. We loved our stay!

  Hi Brenda: We had an absolutely wonderful time, you are so fortunate to have such a beautiful place Rick and I are very envious. There were no surprises and I am sure as you spend time in the unit things will only get even better. We did not want to leave and find ourselves going back to the pictures at VRBO to remember that beautiful view. Things we loved about the unit- The Deck- we lived out there, coffee in the am, drinks watching sunset and then spent a lot of time watching the stars at night. Well appointed- considering we were the first visitors seemed well stocked. We did not cook but did go into the grocery store and had snack, lunch and drink items. We probably would have cooked in if we had a grill. Location- being able to walk everywhere was just so nice Friendliness of everyone in the building- both owners and renters just really friendly nice people. This was a low key trip for us we just wanted to relax and let me say your home was so conducive to that. We could just feel the stress melting and we were so zoned out the first couple of days it was a little scary! We spent a lot of time by the pool reading and sunning. Did not even have the energy to head into PV. I bought quite a few pieces of jewelry. There is a little shop Isabel's down the street with nice jewelry, fairly priced. I am a processor and the street vendors totally stress me out, although I did purchase a few items. One of the most fun nights we had was taking a cooking class at My Mexican Kitchen. We left the brochure for you at the unit. Very fun small group located in the Arts Walk complex. They will also come to your place and cater dinner for 4 or more. They offer a variety of classes, we did the appetizer and salsa one. Highly recommend it for a fun time and good food. www.mymexicankitchen.com Since arriving home I revisited the VRBO site and looked at other units in Punta Arena. Complements to you on your listing, the photos are excellent and I think you have one on the nicest units. Lucky us!!!!
