Great place to stay. Relaxing and quiet. Wonderful sunset from both baloncies. We watched the birds and even saw a alligator just off the dock. The drive into New Orleans is about 45 minutes over the causeway, fantastic views. easy drive to french quarters. Also close to swamp tours and plantations with easy return for relaxing times in the evening. The rental was spotless and exactly as shown in the write up. owner was great with all her suggestions. Only bad part was our cell phones from canada could not go through in the areaand pay phones were not to be found.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
