Peninsula Point is a coveted neighborhood because of its quiet and easy access to both the ocean and bay. This is a terrific single-family home with four bedrooms and three and one half bathrooms.
The main floor has an open living area with a gorgeous nautical themed living area with fireplace, Blu-ray, and flat panel HDTV. In addition to the spacious eat-in kitchen, laundry room, and half bath, the first floor also features a den with queen sleeper-sofa and private three fourths bathroom. The master suite is situated on the ground floor with king bed.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. One guest room has a queen bed, another has two doubles, and the third bedroom has one twin bed. The bathrooms feature stunning tiling and colorful accents.
This home has a two car garage and a washer and drier available for use. There are also four beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guest use in the garage.

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice but it was a bit of a letdown compared with the previous 2 years when we rented on the bay near the harbor entrance. the lack of a dock and the street noise and traffic was a pain compared to the 2 previous years. The house was great and if we had not had the previous experience this would be 5 stars. Maybe next year one on the other homes we rented will be available otherwise we will consider renting this on again next year. Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful.
