WELCOME... and enjoy your stay in our 'Private' Guest House...(we are situated on the 'WEST' side of the 'COVENANT' of Rancho Santa Fe...literally minutes to 'everything'...Dining, Shopping, Attractions, Del Mar Race Track, Beaches...(did I say 'EVERYTHING?).
Outstanding sunrises 'grace' this property, as well as the 'Majestic' Hot Air Balloons in late afternoon...(right over head!)...after your day of play, relax and have a cocktail on the large balcony, play some Tennis on our private court, take a nature walk around the gorgeous golf course, and/or 'cook' up something special...
Anything you choose, you'll LOVE this 1000sf (upstairs) Guest House...with views of the RSF Golf Course and surrounding mountains...truly 'Breathtaking'. With a large bedroom (King Bed), sitting area and 42' flat screen TV, you'll be very comfortable.
The Kitchen is equipped and spacious, and the family room has a large sectional for relaxing with another flat screen TV.
Our Guest House is decorated in Tommy Bahama style, which has a warm feel...and tastefully done.
A single car garage is available if needed...
Housekeeper is available for stays longer than a week...

About the owner: My husband and I have 5 children, (3 at home), we love our home/property and thought we'd 'share' it as we GO a lot in the summer...we do 'stay -cations' in San Diego, mountains and desert, as well as travel out of state/country...
Why the Owner Chose Rancho Santa Fe:
Like I mentioned above, this is our primary home (kids go to school here), we thought we like another family/couple to enjoy it while we're away this summer.
