Large game room with billiard table, ping pong, and casino card game bar. Master bath has a jacuzzi . The home features Satellite HD TV and wi-fi. Call owner for monthly specials.
Our home is located on two wooded acres in a bucolic setting with champagne taste. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the ocean with no houses in front of you to ruin the beautiful sunsets and ocean view. Moolack beach is located down our short driveway and across the road. Beverly Beach State Park is located less than a mile north. All bedrooms are located on the main floor and face the ocean with french doors leading to the deck. A large game room located downstairs has a billiard table, ping pong, dart board, and hand carved giant chess and checker set. A bar has a switchable tabletop displaying casino and board games. The home is new with a well equipped kitchen for that Thanksgiving Dinner. If you require special TV programing please advise owner and they will subscribe to the specials for your stay. Stay six nights and get the 7th night free.

We have stayed at many luxury homes along the Oregon Coast, and none of them can rival this lovely home! We were there just before the "big" storm and enjoyed days of sun, and days of showers - each spectacular in their own dimension. Amazing views from great room, and all three bedrooms! - all the while the soothing purr of the ocean constant in the background. The owners have thought of all the creature comforts to make this a splendid respite. The kitchen is so workable with all the extras, even Emeril would love it. And, it is so private - yet you are minutes away from the shopping, restaurants and fishing activities of Newport and South Beach. Beautifully decorated and cared for by the owners. They obviously take great pride in this property (in addition, they are delightful and very helpful!) Like us, you will find yourselves blessed should you take the opportunity to spend a holiday at Blackberry Hill. About the owner: We are presently realtors in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ralph is a retired from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and I am a retired Acrobat dancer with Austrailian Rudas Theatrical Dancers that performed at the Dunes, Tropicana in Las Vegas, and Paris and Canada.
Why the Owner Chose Newport:
As a child my family would travel up the Oregon and Washington coast to visit relatives. But nothing was so spectacular as the Oregon coast. It can be calm and beautiful, or it can be as violent as a witches caldron. Then there is that day you go fishing and catch your limit of beautiful king salmon and the next day is a low tide and you can dig for clams. At night you wait for that special tide and throw out your nets and bring home some crab for dinner; What special memories!. So we decided to build our dream home in the center of the most beautiful coastline in Oregon.
