  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of the unit and have rented from Burr White for 8 years now. We realize the unit is "rustic", which is fine, but broken shelves and drawers in the refridgerator, broken doors in the bathroom, missing dressors in bedrooms, etc. is starting to get annoying. The unit needs a little TLC, maintenance. Manager responded on 10/12/2012: Hi Lisa, We've passed on your feedback about the TLC to our maintenance and management staff to see what we can do to improve it for your next stay.   Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could hear every sound from the upstairs rental. Could tell which station on their TV was playing and when they walked our ceiling would bang. If we rented this house again, we'd have to take the upstairs as well. We are looking at alternate properties due to the noise issue. The windows are all broken and falling out. The house had a general smell of natural gas from the kitchen, even when the stove was off. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the fact that this property is roomy and very comfortable. The location is excellent. We have the benefit of being on the beach but far enough from the pier to miss all of the nightlife noise. We look forward to this family vacation every year and love being able to come back to the same place.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's our second year at 3505 and the Mstr Shower STILL leaks. Bath matts are SOAKED after each shower, water pours outside onto sidewalk...MOLD?!?! I'm surprised the LR coffee table legs didn't break off during our stay, the table will collapse any day, the legs are not screwed in. We plan to stay at the property next year and are fine with "rustic", but the property should be in working order. Appreciate the new TV and carpet. BW is great, the location is awesome, and we always have a great time in Newport Beach!
