Our Hilton Head Island home is located on the 14th green of the Sea Marsh Golf Course in Sea Pines Plantation. It is an easy walk to Harbour Town and a short bike ride to the Beach Club.
The house features four bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, large living room, and family room with sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom suite consists of a king-size bed and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a private suite located on the second floor (accessible from the kitchen by steps beside a cased opening to garage) and includes a full bath, twin beds, and sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The home includes a private, HEATED POOL and SPA* and a large screened porch which is perfect for cocktail hour as you watch the sun set over the 14th green. The home is surrounded by a number of deck areas overlooking the golf course or the local lagoon and is landscaped with beautiful island vegetation.
This home also includes six (6) bikes for guests (>$200 weekly value) to enjoy Sea Pines Plantation’s miles of fun bike trails. Bike rides to Harbour Town, the Salty Dog at South Beach or to the Beach Club provide a great experience for the entire family.

We spent a wonderful week in this home with our daughter, son-in-law and toddler granddaughter, our daughter and her fiance, and our son and his girlfriend. The layout of the house is great for everyone having their own space, yet offers enough large areas so that it is easy to be together also. The screened in porch was a favorite of all as well as the use of the bikes in the garage. We have been visiting Sea Pines for years and this year was one of the best. We would definately recommend a stay in this great rental!

WOW - what a great vacation we had at your home. Thanks for your help with heating the pool. We just needed to take the chill off the water to make it perfect. You would think being from the north and swimming in the Great Lakes that I could tough it out! I hope we will be able to once again enjoy your home. Carolyn p.s. Golf was great - Sea March #14 was a hole to remember!
