"The Barbados" is a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Villa with 1,507 Total Square Feet of Living Space. It is an Inner Terrace Townhome Unit complete with Covered Entrance Porch and two parking spaces. The home is equipped with a large flat screen Television in the Family Room and a flat screen in the main Master. The Family Room TV is equipped with a Blu Ray player and Surround Sound. Unlimited long distance free calling in the USA, High speed internet (remember to bring your Ethernet Cable) and these homes come fully equipped. All you need to bring is your Clothes and a Tooth Brush.
A fully equipped upgraded Kitchen, Dining and Living Area await you. The Kitchen has Granite counters and Stainless appliances, plus all the tools you need. The home comes with custom lighting and an open plan. A full laundry facility is in each home. The second floor has two ensuite’s. The first main Master is the King and the second ensuite has two Twins. On the first floor, Bedroom 3 has a Queen. This home has one King, one Queen an two Twin beds.
Each new home comes with a Screen Enclosure, and a Jacuzzi with (FREE HEAT) sits on the deck with seating and sunbathing ready to go. Relax and unwind at the Resort Pool where you can work on your Florida Sun Tan or float around the Lazy River. The Zero Entry Pool is perfect for Adults and Children alike. Adults may also relax in the outdoor Spa or sunbath on the Deck by the Lake. The community Pool is not heated as the temperature here in Florida is warm most of the year, and the Slide is not operational. A cleaning fee of $85.00 applies to all reservations and tax at 13% is added to the final figure.
