Set amidst the hills wich surround the enchanting village of Capalbio, "Casale del Conicchio" is a small countryside retreat far away from everyday life. This small and delightful cottage is part of a typical farmhouse wich has been fully restored with a considerable degree of good taste but above all with special attention to detail.
It is situated in a splendid panoramic location among the hills of the Maremma Tuscany region.
The inside of the cottage is very well furnished with exceptional taste and attention to small detail in true Italian tradition.
From the front door you enter into a vast livingroom with a woden timber beam ceiling. There is a large open space kitchen with a breakfast bench with 4 stools, a dining area with a large rectangular table which seats from 6 to 8 people with a comfortable living area in front of a lovely open fireplace.
From the living room, you can access the corridor which leads onto the other rooms of the house: two double bedrooms (pink and green rooms), another bedroom with two single beds (blue room), a bathroom and a utility room complete with washing machine and washing area.
The pink room has a bathroom (light blue bathroom) located just outside the bedroom door while the green and blue bedrooms have ensuite facilities (purple and green bathrooms).
In the pink and in the green bedroom there is a wall safe.
In the panoramic garden guests can enjoy the sun in privacy or can enjoy the shade of the beautiful veranda.
A swimming pool is available; it's 6m x 12m and has a trampoline and steel stairs for easy access.
The pool is surrounded by olive trees. At its edge the guests can enjoy the most beautiful sunset views over the Tuscany hills and its enchanting countryside.
The guests can also use, free of charge, a tennis court that is in the property , near the pool. It is situated in a fantastic panoramic position.
Bicycles can also be provided for both adults and children, free of charge.
If the guests are more than 6 people, there is the possibility to rent other rooms in the attached unity, in the same property.
