Gorgeous house with amazing peak and forest views. This home is located in a very private area but is only 4 miles away from the grocery store and the mall. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom and offer a king bed, a queen bed and two twin beds. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room area. The kitchen is well furnished with most appliances, utensils and cookware. The kitchen offers an informal dining area with a dinette that seats 4 and there is also a formal dining area that is furnished with a large table and seating for 8. The living room and formal dining area and the master bedroom all have vaulted ceilings and tons of windows that are perfectly located to take advantage of the gorgeous san francisco peak views. There is an arizona room where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. This home is spacious yet cozy and perfect for you northern arizona vacation.

2 adult couples were not comfortable here. What they listed as a Queen bed is a day bed with trundle. This bed is not comfortable for a couple to sleep together in. Couch mattress has hard springs plus springs in couch- not anything to sleep on. Paid premium for holidays-they had our money & we were stuck! Gave fair rating because rest of the house & property are very nice. Master bedroom spacious- bed a bit hard. TVs & bathrooms in each room great. Great rental for one couple with kids. I would not have rented it if I had known it did not have queen bed and the king bed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

It was charming, quiet, serene, and we loved the fact that it was close to the town. We had the great pleasure to meet the owners, and they were such a lovely couple, easy to work with. We couldn't believe how close it was to the Grand Canyon, Winslow, Sedona and other great tourist sites. It's extremely close to local shopping and the old, downtown area with hits historic hotels (Loved the Weatherford Hotel!) We loved the local Flagstaff people, who were warm and genuine. We highly recommend this home to our friends and family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This house is a wonderful home to stay in. The owners are easy to work with, and the house is great for families. From this location we were close to the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert. We also visited Winslow (famous for the Eagles' lyrics 'standing on the corner') and Sedona are both within an hour. Located on five beautiful acres, this home is still close to shopping mall and supermarket. We also enjoyed downtown historic Flagstaff, which is within 15 mintues. If you come in the winter, the Snow Bowl is only 35-40 minutes. This home was perfect for sightseeing, and we enjoyed the quiet, peacful nights under the stars and many pine trees.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
