Built in 1905, this historic lake home features a three sided lake front porch, lake level (no stairs) to a sandy beach and the pristine waters of Lake Maxinkuckee. This is a very traditional lake home with ceiling fans (no AC) in the main house. There is a fully equiped kitchen with two refrigerators a double oven and microwave. There are two "back houses", both with bathrooms. Both back houses have air conditioning. The location is only a few minutes from Culver, IN, home of Culver Academies. The town features great restaurants, gift shops and other retail offerings including a drug store and grocery. This home has been in the same family for three generations. It is a well cared for "grand lady" of the lake.
