Taylor's Crossing is located Copper’s Center Village. It is less than a one-minute walk of the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, bars, and seasonal ice skating or boating on West Lake.
Taylor's Crossing has fabulous amenities including secure heated underground parking, elevator, sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, ski lockers, cardio work-out room, and on-site washers and dryers.
This beautifully furnished home has been professionally decorated in a warm and inviting Colorado ski lodge style. Just a quick look at the pictures will show the care that the condo has been furnished with. There is no standard Copper furniture or bedding in this condo and every piece was personally chosen by the owner for comfort and style
The condominium is one of Copper Mountain's highest rated premier units and is located on the second floor with great views of the surrounding mountains, ski runs, and Ten Mile Creek.
This unit features a river-rock fireplace, high ceilings, three queen-size bedrooms, two full baths, a pull-out double-sized sofa sleeper, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. This unit also has high speed wireless internet, cable TV (with DVD and Blu-ray.) You can grill your steaks on the large private balcony overlooking the West Lake, the “SKY” chutes of the Ten Mile Range and Copper Mountain’s East side. Walk out the front door and warm your hands over the large outdoor fire pit while watching the kids ice skate on West Lake, which is right next to the building.
ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the 'Local's Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well.
With 2433 acres of ski able terrain, Copper Mountain is the biggest and least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's uncrowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called 'the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States' by the Forest Service.
It’s also known as the Local’s Favorite. Perhaps that’s due to Copper’s long, steep mogul runs, or its ample above-timberline open bowl skiing. You can get your skis out of your heated ski locker located on the first floor and be at the American Eagle Lift enjoying all Copper has to offer within a minute.

We have stayed in many Copper Mtn Condos and this one is perfect. A great view of the lake and mountains with quick access to all activities. We rode in the Children's Hospital Courage Classic and this condo made it easy for us to participate in all activities and get a later check out so we could come back to the Condo to retrieve our bags after completion of the ride.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Cancellation policy:
Rental Rules and regulations A) Check in begins at 4pm Central time. Check out is at 10am Central time. There are no late check outs, unless previously agreed upon. If the housekeeper shows up and you are in the unit there will be a late checkout fee is $200. B) Payment of the rent in full is due a month prior to arrival. Monthly winter guest must pay their first month rent 2 months prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit is due upon making reservation and refunded within 5 business days after departure. C) A security deposit of $300 is due upon making reservation. This deposit is not applied to the rent, but is refundable unless: 1) You smoke in the unit or bring pets. 2) There is damage to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. 3) The trash has not been thrown out upon departure and dishes placed in the dishwasher. 4) Keys are missing. ( 2 ski locker keys and 4 keys per unit) 5) Linens and towels are missing or damaged. 6) You get evicted by local law enforcement. 7) Any outside doors and windows are left open. 8) You waxed your ski equipment inside the unit All properties are inventoried and inspected before and after guest arrival. If you notice something please report it immediately to avoid additional charges. (Please send me an email on day of arrival) Lessee will notify Property Manager immediately of any non-working apparatus or appliance and Property Manager agrees to have it repaired as soon as possible. No compensation or credit will be given. Lessee agrees to allow Property Manager to withhold any amount due from security deposit for damage repair caused by Lessee’s neglect or abuse. Lessee also agrees to pay all repairs and labor over and above deposit amount and gives Marcella Phelps permission to charge supplied credit cards any amount above and beyond deposit amount for damages to said property. Returned checks will have a $ 25 charge. D) If you cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your security deposit. By canceling within 40 days of arrival and if the property cannot be re-rented you will also lose the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit E) All of our units are privately owned. Properties are rarely removed from our rental program due to change in ownership or other changes made by the owner, but in the event, we will notify you to find a comparable accommodation of the units that are available. If no comparable units are available, renter will have the option to receive a complete refund. F) Falsified Reservation Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payment, rental money and deposit and the party will not be allowed to check in G) Lessee agrees to keep entranceways and decks clear of impediments and agrees to hold Marcella Phelps or any other person or entity with interest in said property, harmless from any injury to himself, guest or visitors. Lessee agrees that he or she and his guest will take good care of said property and its contents, and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. If the sheriff is called more than once, you can be evicted and lose all of monies paid. (Including deposit) No underage drinking allowed Lessee agrees to give access to repairman or Property Manager at any time for emergency or repairs that need immediate attention. Maximum number of guests is 6 people. Additional guest must be approved. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who will be staying overnight, all nights, in the Property with the occupants under 25 years of age. Upon arrival there is a one-time linen and towel set up. Initial set up of bathroom paper, paper towels, shampoo and trash liners. Please do not remove towels or linens from unit. Any exception to the above policies must be approved in writing in advance.
