The condo is newly remodeled with full kitchen, all new appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, butcher block electric range and built-in microwave. Cook for one or cook for a crowd! The kitchen opens up to a spacious dining room and family room with very comfortable furnishings. Enjoy the tastefully decorated décor and hang out with friends! Check out the high-definition 32" TV above the working fireplace. There are beautiful hardwood floors and custom artwork throughout the house. Three cozy bedrooms, two and half baths, two king size beds and one double. A separate living and gathering area on the fantastic deck just outside the living area for those get-away-from-it-all quiet times. Central heat and air, of course, along with washer/dryer. Ideal for 2-3 couples!
A community swimming pool and gated entrance make this unit a great hidway for a group or just the two of you. The airport is 20-25 minutes away. The local bus service across street makes life easy—you don't need a car to get around. If you're in a hurry (and have your own car), you can be downtown in just a few minutes by taking the "feeder road" right off MOPAC Hwy 1. A few steps from condo you can enter greenbelt for hiking or biking into Zilker Park. Zilker offers swimming, boating, canoes, picnics, etc and also is home to Botanical Gardens and Barton Springs Pool.
