Our family of 5 had plenty of space and were very comfortable in this house. It is a private, secluded area where no big boats can get to. During our stay there were very few people around. It felt like our own personal lake! The tiki hut is awesome and we used it every day. The canoe and kayaks are wonderful to have and they were also used every day. The speaker system on the dock is a great idea. All 5 of us spent many hours on the sun deck. The state park close by was great for hiking and sight seeing. We do not repeat vacations, but we loved this one so much we are very seriously considering it! Tim was always pleasant to talk to and answered every question I had. This was the most relaxing, fun vacation we have had. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was cute and very clean. Sitting at the Tiki Hut enjoying the lake was great. We used the canoe on the quite water, hiked, and bird-watched. Very relaxing. Hope to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

The owners thought of everthing you could possibly want or need. The house was so nice, clean and open. We watched a family of deer each night work their way towards the house and cross in front and wonder down the road. An armadillo also made a nightly appearance in the back yard, he was so cute. We were visited by a flock of geese that stopped by one morning and we fed them crackers and bread crumbs. The tiki hut out back was a great place to spend the day with it having a stero and refridgerator you had no need to go back and forth to the house. My husband took the kayak out and did a little exploring. We spent our time fishing, swimming and relaxing by the water. The screened in room off the back of the house was a great place to have your morning coffee. Beautiful peaceful and quiet. The owners were great and quick to answer any questions. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, relax and have a good time this is the place. We will be back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Beautiful and quite! SHORT drive to all the action! With in the few days we saw a LOT of wildlife. My daughter (2 years old) loved that she could look out the window in the morning and see deer in the front yard and a beaver in the back! Took the canoe out in the morning did some exploring and WOW!!! It is so beautiful! Can't wait to go back! I don't think we will ever stay at a resort again. Less stress and more privacy. It was great sitting on the dock with the lights at night and watching the fireworks! Nice and quite part of the lake, perfect for swimming. Great owners with lots of communication, thank you!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I rented this house with 5 friends and was impressed. The house is very clean and has some interesting features such as the Tiki Bar shown in the pictures, It is a good spot to hang out and watch the lake. The location is quiet and far enough from the main channel that you don't have a lot of boat traffic which makes it peaceful. there was also a horse shoe pit and an outdoor fire pit. The owner is very accomodating and easy to contact. Communication between Owner and Renter I would say was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet time on the lake.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

A friend of mine rented this place for a guys weekend and we had a really good time. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. Modern amenities combined with that rustic woodsy feel and the personal touches make it feel like a home away from home. This place had everything we needed. Loved the big, open common area with an AWESOME HDTV flat panel. The guys and I spent alot of time relaxing at the tiki hut by the lake. We were able to rent a boat and keep it at the boat slip overnight. Even made it out on a hike at the nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Overall very pleased and would stay here again without a doubt!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: We( Tim & Yvette) live in the Omaha, NE. area. I am a self-employed contractor and my wife works the medical field. We like to go boating on the weekends and I am always working on one project or another, therefore we bought the lake house
Why the Owner Chose Greenview:
We bought the lake house to get away. Lake of the ozarks is by far the best midwest lake destination for family vacations. Our location is on the quiet side of the lake, but not far away from where the action is either.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy the piece and quiet, no big boats up here.Perfect place for skiing, tubing or kayaking. Lots of stuff to do , not far away from. Ha Ha Tonka state park, (free)it is a must see, Castle ruins, hiking trails and caves, don't miss it.
