  We had a very nice time in Honalulu at our condo we stayed at the view was amazing and there was lots to do! The only negitive thing was it was a little humid in the room even with the air conditioner on. But other then that we had a good time!!

  This was the first experience for my wife, me, and our 9-year-old son in a VRBO, and it was excellent. The unit was clean and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, just as described. It was in a good location at the start of Waikiki Beach with a top-notch view from the lanai of the ocean and beach and Friday night fireworks. It was just across the street from four car rental agencies, a convenience when we rented a car for a one-day tour of Oahu. It was also just across the street from McDonald's, which pleased our son greatly. Mr. Lu answered the phone immediately when we called him to check on a couple of things and was very helpful. The unit was quiet - no noise from neighboring rooms when we stayed there. We were very pleased by our stay, and would definitely recommend this unit to others.

  Our family of 4(mum,dad and kids aged 11 & 3) stayed here for 5 nights in April 2013. The condo was just as described, had everything we could have possibly needed, the description is very accurate but it's so much nicer in person. We managed to catch the Fireworks on the Friday night which was a highlight and also watched the Hilton Luau a few times from the lanai. The view is truly amazing, so beautiful and we had terrific weather while we were there. I would recommend to anyone, so many things close by and most tours pick up for Ilikai or Hilton next door. We had a great time, we wished we could have stayed longer! Mahalo!

  Aloha All, We enjoyed our vacation very much and the condo was excellent. We would certainly book it again. We greatly appreciate it all we had a great time in this condo! Wonderful unit! Just like the pictures, the place was very clean and the views were amazing! The kitchen was very useful for our trip, save a lot of money cooking our meals. It was an awesome bonus to enjoy eating out on the lanai. It was definitely a relaxing vacation. We had a perfect view of the Hilton Hawaiian Lagoon and the ocean beyond it. On Friday nights there is a fireworks show. (it was so close to our room), The sleeping area is wonderful too we have 6 people, 4 teenagers, Queen size bed is very comfortable, Double bed and the big king size sofa bed are big and very comfortable too it’s not like other normal convertible bed big enough for 2~3 teenagers, the condo is comfortable with big lanai and lots of space at the Sitting and Dining Area, Couldn't find any better than this condo studio, Everything was perfect, Good bang for the buck. We’ll be back. Will be glad to be used as a referral point!

  It was not a one bedroom condo - it was a studio condo ie bedroom was the living room and the kitchen was in the same room divided by a counter. The unit was clean, well stocked. We appreciated small items that we couldn't bring being available. Of special benefit to us was the location that gave us easy access to the beach, shopping, bus lines and just plain sitting and walking. I would not stay there again as it is a studio - we had expected a 1 bedroom condo - therefore it is overpriced.

  Owner response: *** Although legally 1 bedroom units, all Ilikai units are either studio units or 2 bedroom units. 1 bedroom units do not have a separation wall between the bed area and living area except those listed as having a sliding wall. All Waikiki oceanfront units are either large studios which are designated 1 bedrooms here in Waikiki or 2 bedroom units. This 18th floor 1 bedroom studio unit in the Ilikai Tower has beautiful views of the Hilton Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. It has 550sf of interior space and 120sf of lanai. It's the best remodeled unit in the building. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen (rice cooker), granite counter tops, updated stainless steel appliances, granite bathroom, 48" HDTV, DVD, and beautiful tile floors throughout.Sleeping accommodations include One Queen size bed one Double size bed and a large Italy made comfortable King size sofa bed. Large private lanai is ideally situated for taking in the view and watching the weekly Friday night fireworks show. And Much More!

  Stayed at this condo from December 30th to January 6th. I had reserved it well in advance as there was a family member's wedding on Jan 5th. It has been renovated and the pictures accurately depict the condo. it was clean and the beds had white duvets which were very cosy. the location is ideal...right on Waikiki beach and the view from the balcony was beautiful. There were lots of cleaners in the condo however you might want to bring towels. I did not ask for more, just laundered what I had. Although the condo is essentially one room I found it to be quite spacious. I hosted a pot luck dinner for 15 or 20 people and it did not seem overly crowded. I opened the patio doors and 8 or 9 people used the balcony.. The contact person was very gracious when I called him before 8am on New Year's Day. I had used my own hair dryer in the bathroom and tripped the circuit. Advice:Use the hair dryer provided or dry your hair in the main room. by the way the panel box is located next to the microwave. I would definitely recommend this property, there are plenty of restaurants nearby but the key is location,location, location! D.

  Absolutely beautiful condo with all the necessities for sleeping, cooking, cleaning, and heading down to the beach. Within walking distance of an ABC Store, the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, McDonalds, Subway, bus stops, the beach, and a lagoon!

  We were quite satisfied with this upscale condo rental. The building is in good repair and the location is excellent.The view was good and we really felt we were right in the middle of the action. It really helped having all the sleeping spots, for such a small apartment. The facilities and amenities were really good. I recommend this unit for anyone seeking a handy, comfortable launch pad for all the island's activities.

  My husband and I stayed at Benson's condo last week while here on business. The Ilikai Hotel is definitely a nice setting for a condo and is located within yards of the beach. There is a wonderful coffee shop and mini-mart on site as well as a decent pool. We liked having a laundry room on each floor as well. Definitely a location convenient to shops and restaurants. Huge mall (Ala Moana Center) about 1/3 mile walk away. As for the condo itself, it was updated and clean. (what more could you ask for???). The lanai/balcony was fantastic with a table and 4 chairs as well as a super comfortable lounger for reading or just watching the ocean. You can view the Hilton's nightly luau from the balcony (although the luau doesn't look that impressive to me based on the rates we saw online). But the absolute best is the Hilton's fireworks show which I believe is every Friday night around 7:30pm. It was amazing and we had the best view from the condo's lanai. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Air conditioner was a little loud but the temperature was comfortable at all times. Bathroom was perfect. No dishwasher but we just went down to the little mini-mart in the hotel and purchased a $2 bottle of Palmolive. I did have to contact Benson and request some dish towels and cloths but he promptly brought some over. There is a can opener but it is not like any can opener I have ever seen before - just a heads up :) Overall we would highly recommend this condo. We had a great stay! Thank you, Benson!
