We invite you to relax and unwind in our premium one bedroom villa, just a 30 second walk from Kiawah's West Beach, just named one of the South's most romantic beaches by the readers of Southern Living.
Our villa has all the luxuries and amenities of a fine hotel, with all the comforts of a private residence. We offer a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen pullout sofa in the living room, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, CD player, a TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and a TV/VCR in the bedroom. In addition, we know you'll love our large screened porch overlooking the quiet maritime woods and wildlife of Kiawah Island (the perfect spot for an evening cocktail or your sunrise cup of coffee!).
When you're ready to take advantage of Kiawah's terrific amenties, the championship Cougar Point Golf Course, the clay courts of the West Beach Tennis Center, and the West Beach Village are a five minute walk from our door. Kiawah's four other championship golf courses, the luxurious spa at the beautiful new Sanctuary Hotel, and Night Heron Park are less than five minutes' drive.
Since we rent our villa independently, we do not have access to Kiawah Golf Resort's pools. Most of our guests are mainly interested in the beach, which is just a 30-second walk from our back door.
Enjoy South Carolina's gorgeous Lowcountry, one of the finest private islands along the East Coast, and the amenities of one of the nation's top golf and beach resorts...at a fraction of the resort price. Our villa comfortably accommodates two adults and two children or three adults.
