  We just returned from a 5 day vacation in Cabo at this penthouse and it was amazing. It was so nice hearng the waves crashing in at night and the views during the day were incredible. The place was spacious and clean, there were 4 of us and we all felt like we had enough room and privacy. Ian is so easy to work with and was quick to respond to any question we had. We can't wait to go back!

  This condo is on the site of the boutique all inclusive Zoetry Hotel. The location is fantastic with great pools and beautiful beach. The condo was magnificent, two levels with a balcony off the main living room, and the private balcony off the master suite (pictured above). This is perhaps one of the best condos I have stayed in, with the 180 degree views of the ocean and plenty of room for my family to spread out; just steps from two of the three pools on the property. The agent that helped us was also great. Ian has a strong relationship with the on site manager, and was instrumental in helping our vacation go smoothly. Much of our time was spent at the beach and the pool. Breaching humpback whales were clearly visible from the beach and condo every day that we were there and a whale watch adventure shouldn't be passed up. The waves are somewhat powerful, so the ocean is probably not suitable for small children but the beach is clean and there were not an overwhelming number of vendors like other areas of Cabo. We will definitely be back!

  Our family of four (kids are 15 and 13) stayed here for Spring Break and absolutely loved it! We booked through Ian and he was very helpful with our questions in preparation for the trip and setting up airport transfer service. We stopped by the Mega grocery on the way in from the airport and loaded up with food for the week. Once we arrived, we found the hotel to be absolutely gorgeous. Impeccable landscaping and decor with amazing views of the ocean. Our condo building was much closer to the pool and hotel than I expected. The condo was everything we hoped and more. Clean, nice furnishings, extremely comfy bedding in both bedrooms, and all the kitchen amenities you would need. But the best part is the breathtaking views on both levels. Waking up in to the sweeping view of the ocean was my favorite part. We enjoyed hanging by the pool every day and the service was impeccable. We got to see many whales right from our hotel, plus a school of dolphins. The only downside is the cost of meals at the hotel. Every meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) was $150 minimum (for 4). So we wished we had bought more food at the grocery. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay. Quiet, serene, relaxing. Our favorite outing was dinner at Flora Farms just beyond San Jose. The entire stay was everything we had hoped for and more. We would definitely stay here again!

  We had 2 couples stay here in Jan, what a fantastic condo. This place is huge, and well equipped. The location is phenomenal and offers privacy- quite a different feel than the mega-resorts that envelope Cabo. For the most part we had the beach and pools to ourselves. The unit is huge, with 2 awesome balconies that overlook the ocean. We booked through Ian, and he was great and easy to work with. We had a great experience, and will definitely come back.

  I stayed here for a girls retreat and we loved it! The location was perfect and it was really quiet. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We had no issues with check in or check out. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the whales and walking on the pristine beaches. We had some great meals at restaurants suggested by Ian. We will come back for sure. It was so relaxing!

  As this was my first trip to Cabo I did extensive research and still had doubts. All doubts were erased upon arrival. I was a little skeptical about the method of securing the reservation via check to an individual. No worries. Ian delivered as promised. Check in was a breeze. Keys were at the gate under our name as informed. I also had the pleasure of meeting him as his wife. Great people ! He provided a tour of the other units for rent and really you cant go wrong with either one of them. In regards to the location of Casa del Mar it literally shares the same driveway as the Hilton and Ventannas. Both properties including Dreams are accessible via a short walk on the beach if you want a different restaurant /bar for the night in walking distance. The condo itself is spacious and accurately represented by the pictures. The location is one of the closest buildings to the actual hotel and main pools. It is also equal distance from downtown Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos. It is a very short 10 min drive. There is only one street so your choice is left or right to either town. Each town has a different atmosphere and staying in the middle has its benefits. The few suggested improvements to this unit were addressed immediately. The Jacuzzi in the master bath is amazing -same size or bigger than the community one. The only unresolved nuance is the technology in the house is a little out dated. (ex. There is a VCR and tape deck player in the master bedroom , No flat screen TVs, and the available Bose dock doesn't seat newer Ipods nor have an aux jack ) Fortunately you will probably be to busy relaxing on one of the patios to notice.

  We recently stayed in Luna 303 and had an incredible experience. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. It is truly an ocean front unit. You can hear the waves crash all night long. The condo is very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. We never had to mke a call for anything during our enitre stay. This unit is very private and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio a few mornings and also had a very good breakfast in the beautiful restaurant located steps away from the condo. Casa Del Mar is a true 5 star resort. This condo is located very close to two of the pools. We were some of the only ones at the pool on 2 different days. There is a swim up bar, a cabana restaurant and wait staff to take care of your every need. The spa is just across from the condo as well. Ian, the owner was such a breeze to work with. I was a little leary before our trip because everything with him his was so easy and hassle free but it was 100% as he said. We look forward to future vacations in Luna 303.

  My wife and I just returned from 10 days at Casa Del Mar, we stayed at this listed condo. I was skeptical as there were no previous reviews and the rental agent, Ian who assisted us was very nice but I was just a bit unsure about sending a check to someone other than the resort itself. Well, all worked out great and the condo literally is a million dollar Ocean Front paradise. Apparently we were the first renters as the place was sold to the new owners who I presume decided to finally start renting the unit recently. What can I say, a 20 yard walk to the nearest pool, the main pool is a 30 yard walk, the unit being on the top floor is by the way a two floor unit with great privacy, is serviced by an elevator right down the hall. We never saw another person in our building, any issues were attended to instantly, like the need for an iron and board, voila a new one arrived right away. The staff at the resort are terrific and very helpful. The resort, Casa Del mar is a true 5 star resort and is directly next door to Las Ventanas, which may be the most expensive resort in the world, seriously, so it gives you some idea of the location in the Cabo area. We were fronted by an incredible white sandy beach. The waves crashing thru the night made for restful sleep and the bed is a super nice bed, we sleep on a tempurpedic $7k bed and this was equally as comforting. The kitchen is well equipped, the Sub Zero fridge we kept well stocked and cooked for ourselves a few times. The unit is between Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas so we had the best of both worlds. I wish we could have stayed longer is my only gripe. The unit is incredibly well furnised with every comfort you can imagine. Art work, sofas, pillows, out door dining, up, and down stairs. Huge walk in closets, lots of storage, again, we were really blown away. Ian was very responsive as were the management at Casa Del Mar. I encourage you to stop looking and rent here. We're frequent travelers and go to Hawaii every 2-3 years, I have to say with the golf, the Ocean, the fishing, we will be back to Cabo sooner than later. There is an abundance of golf close by. http://www.palmilla.com/ has a current special of $80 after 2pm, you could play 27 holes after 2 so don't fret. We snorkeled at Chilano bay a beautiful public beach. Really happy with our decision to rent here. Thanks Ian for everything, I'd like to discuss nexts years trip at your convienience.
