Privately tucked away, bordering protected property, where you can view from the front deck an Osprey perch, or a kyack slide by. Its the perfect place to enjoy the real Cape and relax with your family and friends, sunsets and listening to the waves crash at night...
During the day walk the beach, look for shells and have the convenience of being able to quickly walk back to the house for a snack or nap.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath /mosaic tiled oversized shower- enjoy watching a movie on the dvd player, or just staring out the window at the water. Downstairs the first bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed- with a full bathroom to share.
The living room opens to a front patio with adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Space above the garage is a private space (separate entrance) with a king size bed and full bath, water view and sea breezes.
