  The home was centrally located, clean and stylish...true to its description if not better! Bill was more than helpful and made the process of renting easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be back for another weekend soon!

  The house was nice. Very clean. Pool was relaxing & having a BBQ pit was a nice bonus. My only complaint is that one of the beds had ants. So, the person who had that bed spent the weekend on the couch. It was no big deal since we were at the festival most of the time anyway.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

In the future if that happens anywhere you're staying, please call the owner/manager and we could have gotten an exterminator there right away. Bill

  I rented the home for my 30th birthday weekend. The home was more than affordable with all the amenities and proximity to Palm Canyon Drive. Bill, the house manager, was quick with email correspondence when booking and readily available by cell during our stay. Th big point for the home was there was no set check in time or check out time so you can get one last dip in the pool before your departure. My guests and I made the most of the pool which has umbrellas and chairs in the sun along with a tables and chairs in the shaded area near the pool. The added bonus was the gas grill which we made use of for dinner one night during our stay. I have no complaints about our stay and hope to revisit some time in the near future since this place offered everything I was looking for sun, pool, and relaxation.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  The house and pool were great! We were there on a very busy weekend( modernism) and while the intersection where the house is located is somewhat busy - you are very unaware of the location once your inside house/pool. Don't let the location put you off. The house is simple, very clean, and very comfortable. I will definitely rent this house again.

  Fantastic property. The house has a great vibe and layout. The location is perfect - very central. In fairness, it is on a busy street, but the traffic is really just white noise. Tons of privacy and the pool is an oasis in the fantastic desert heat. We just can't imagine staying in a condo or hotel with a setup like this one available. Good value, in my opinion. Bill, the "concierge", was helpful, knowledgeable and always very prompt to reply. Pictures and descriptions accurate. Clean and well maintained. Check out Cheeky's and Jake's for local eateries and Stater Brothers for groceries and great deals on wine. All close by. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family. We will return. Gladly.

  Visited with my parents and kids in mid-March. House is wonderful - clean, tasteful furniture, well stocked kitchen and good outside eating area. Pool is a good size with plenty of outside furniture and a great BBQ. On a fairly busy road, so there is a bit of traffic noise, but all in, a very good property at a very reasonable price. Would stay there again.

MINIMUM STAY YEAR ROUND: 3 nights(except during special promotions).
$59 non-refundable Damage Insurance and $300 refundable Security Deposit.
Local hotel tax: 11.5% of rental, cleaning fee:$ 175-250 depending on occupancy.
Payments: 50% on booking, 50% 30 days prior arrival.
