Located in Bel Air - West Gate at Bellagio and Sunset across from UCLA - house is private but open & spacious w/9 sets of French Drs, lovely tiered gardens with fruit/citrus trees, black-bottom pool/spa/waterfall/2 lily ponds and gas BBQ. It's situated on 3/4 acre - park-like ground - great for entertaining or for just lying low and relaxing. In addition to a living room/dinning room there is a great room/library off the kitchen which has granite counter tops, 2 Gaggenau ovens, Subzero refrigerator, a wine captain and Uline frig. House has 3 fireplaces, laundry rm, six bathrooms, 5 bedrooms - we currently use one as an office with treadmill and one a large sitting room with a 60in Pioneer Plasma TV - in addition to an 1100 square foot master suite with a terrace, Uline frig and his/her bathrooms that comprise the second floor.
