WITHOUT DOUBT, FROM THE HOUSE WE HAVE,POSSIBLY, THE MOST AMAZING VIEWS IN THE VAIL VALLEY. BOTH LATE SUMMER, WINTER SKI SEASON AND FALL ARE WONDERFUL TIMES OF YEAR TO BE HERE. A TRULY WONDERFUL HOUSE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SPEND TIME LIVING HIGH ABOVE THE VAIL/BEAVER CREEK VALLEY.
Wonderfully situated for those who want access to both BEAVER CREEK & VAIL plus other resorts. The house is around 12 minutes from Beaver Creek Village and around 18 minutes from Vail. You will DEFINITELY need a vehicle to live up here. There is no shuttle service.
IT GETS EVEN BETTER! No longer do you have to go to Beaver Creek Village to gain access to the ski terrain. There is a fantastic addition, running from the Westin Hotel. It is a new Gondola ski lift traveling right from the Valley floor. This is great for those not wanting or not needing to go to Beaver Creek Village. You will be transported to the, uncrowded Bachelor Gulch ski area of Beaver Creek; site of the Ritz Carlton Hotel. A great lunch spot.
Spectacular & high on a mountain, our House at 8,500 feet is the sunniest location in the Vail Valley. On clear days the sun shines on the house from dawn to dusk, many days ending with stunning sunsets. From the deck there are amazing views of Beaver Creek, Batchelors’ Gulch and the New York Mountain range at over 14,000 feet. Such views, ‘to die for’, simply cannot be seen from Beaver Creek itself.
Add to this, that our luxurious home is a wonderful place to put your feet up after a day of skiing, snow boarding, golfing, fishing biking, hiking, rafting, kayaking, hunting or whatever else you choose to do in such an activity orientated place as the Vail valley!!
Our home is in a quiet Cul de Sac; therefore it is very quiet. The, NON SMOKING, house sleeps 10 (4 bedrooms; one of which is great for getting down time from the kids if you have them. Our home has a master suite (newly refurbished & decorated) with King bed and walk in closet.
PARTY TIME! family fun can now include KARAOKE. That's right, we have a karaoke system. It supplies a wide variation in efficiently catalogued songs. Another feature that may persuade you to further enjoy the comfort of our home.
The remaining 3 bedrooms, (one of which can sleep 2 extra with the addition of 2 bunk beds; great for kids!), have Queen beds, also have their own bathrooms. Outside of the double garage there is parking space for numerous more vehicles.
The main floor! This is where the best views are from. It includes a very large lounge room (new soft furnishings & dining area) with a grand, gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling, deck, full spacious kitchen, master suite, powder room,laundry room and powerful stereo system with CD carousel which you are welcome to use.
The first floor has an entrance hall with coat closet, two of the queen size bedrooms are also situated on this floor. Inside the double garage there is a full free weight training facility, ski room, with a sitting bench, for boots and other ski gear. There is a large ski rack too.
