  This place is perfect if you're looking for a quiet spot....as close to the Ocean as you can get in Playa Grande --- 50 yards along a private path. House is in great shape with washer/dryer, full cable, AC and a really nice kitchen area. Tamarindo is 1km away!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Very nice , clean , perfectly located house ! Surfing neighborood , on the surf spot , very friendly . I would defenetly go back there, the House can host up to 4 or 5 people . Internet , Ac , large updated kitchen, outside shower for after surf seesions ! Close to commodities , surf shop , grocery store and bar. Its the perfect vacation rental , I highly recommend that place ! A happy surfer .

  The 4 of us stayed in the upstairs apartment and it was great. The location is the best, we surfed everyday either right in front of the house or just to the south. We enjoyed BBQing on the beach front balcony, listening to the waves, and looking at the stars. The hammocks are awesome for napping. We were visited by howler monkeys several times which was a big plus. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos, and we were happy that everything worked properly, and the place was clean. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer! I'll definitely be back, and I've already recommended this house to several of my friends. Many thanks!

  Great view. Steps from beach. Quality finishes. Really comfortable house, beds , furniture. We loved watching the sunset from the large , really large patio. AC a must and this home has great AC and ceiling fans. The open floor plan was perfect for us so we cooked at the house almost every meal. Short walk however, to some great resturants. Really had a great stay. I have rented this home 3x now. Will be back! For this price nothing better.
