Located only 3 minutes away from the famous ten mile beach, five resort golf courses, tennis courts, hiking and bike trails, and bordered by splendid Night Heron Park, this luxury first-floor villa offers all the amenities for couples, singles and families alike.
Our guests enjoy FULL RESORT PRIVILEGES including FREE use of all resort neighborhood pools, including the newly renovated Night Heron Pool with new water slides and acivities for the kids. You will also enjoy 25% off every round of golf, Kamp Kiawah discounts, 24-hour onsite guest services, charging privileges, and access to the world class spa facility located at The Sanctuary. Complimentary door-to-door transportation anywhere on the island is provided by Kiawah Resort. Night Heron Pool is less than a five minute walk, as are the Night Heron Snack Bar and Town Market. The villa has recently renovated bathrooms, kitchen, and vaulted ceilings.
Our unit, on Park Lake Drive, is a three-bedroom, three-bath, single-level end unit with a recently renovated private dock. It is less than a four minute walk from the ocean beach, via a bridge across Parkside Lagoon and a shaded walking path. Parkside is located between East Beach Village and Night Heron Park and adjacent to the five-star Sanctuary Hotel. It is less than a five minute walk to all three facilities. Night Heron Park offers a variety of sports and fitness activities, including a fitness trail, soccer field, basketball court, playground, volleyball and pool, all of which are available for free to our renters. There is also a snack bar with facilities to dine-in or take-out. East Beach Village is home to the Town Market, a combination restaurant and convenience store, offering both eat-in and take-out specialties. The Sanctuary offers a world class spa, an array of shops, services and fine restaurants that are available to renters.
Kiawah Island is an approximately 30 minute drive from Charleston, where you can choose among dozens of first class restaurants, browse in the Charleston City Market or explore the historic streets and buildings
