About Fiesta Key Resort:
Fiesta Key resort has a large clubhouse, gym, sparkling clean swimming pool with lounge chairs for sunbathing. It is only few miles away from Disney, 1 mile away from Wal-Mart and Target. It is located 1 mile off of highway 192, which is lined with gift shops, restaurants
Fiesta Key is a peaceful and private resort with a large free form Heated Swimming Pool, Clubhouse with Exercise room and Tennis court.
Swimming Pool:

At the rear of the clubhouse is the large free form heated swimming pool. The pool has a stepped entrance by the clubhouse and has depths ranging from approx 3 to 6 feet.
The swimming pool is set amongst lush palm trees and shrubs which provide shade from the sun when needed.
There are ample loungers around the deck of the pool along with table and chairs to enjoy a quick bite to eat.
Clubhouse:

The clubhouse is located just inside the main entrance to the resort. Inside there is comfortable sitting area with a large Plasma TV and DVD player,there is also a music player, games and books to enjoy.
There is a small kitchen area with fridge/freezer,
cooker, microwave and coffee maker.
There are several card tables to enjoy a game of poker or patience and there are inside and outside restrooms.
Within the Clubhouse is an Gym / Exercise room.
Gym and Tennis Court

Within the clubhouse on the left-hand side you will find the gym featuring a full multi-gym, 3 running machines and exercise bikes.
Follow the path to the side of the clubhouse and you will find the floodlit tennis court, we provide tennis rackets and balls for you to use.

The children playground is situated in the garden circle approx 100 yards from the house.
Jogging Trail

The jogging trail extends around the outside of the resort behind most of the properties and lakes.
It also links to the network of pathways in the adjoining developments.

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, convenience, and beauty of this property. Sai was not only helpful, but instrumental in our vacation plans last weekend. Everytime I emailed or called him, he answered and responded professionally and with extreme courtesy. We had a blast in Orlando, but the jewel of our trip was our stay at this Kissimmee townhome. Also, the gated neighborhood was gorgeous, quiet, and safe. Very easy to find. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The luxury far outweighed the price. We'll definitely be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Very clean and comfortable unit. Across from the community swimming pool. 15 minutes to Disney parks. There's a Walmart about 2-3 miles away. Unit has plenty of towels, dishes, cutlery, etc. 42" plasma TV in the living room + TVs in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. It has 2.5 bathrooms, not 3 as mentioned in the ad.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was a very enjoyable vacation thanks to the comfort of the condo we rented in Fiesta Key Resort. It was everything we had planned on it being. Clean and the pool was close and easy to get to. Close to activities, restaurants and Walmart. Any questions that came up that I needed to talk to the owner about he was available to talk to me. I will recommend this condo to anyone I know that is going to this area of Florida. We will stay again our next trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
