Two-minute walk to the water. Pets considered. Central air conditioning. Sleeps 8 to 10 people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fully-equipped kitchen. To maximize the water view, living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the second floor and three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two queens, two doubles, two twins. Central A/C. You can see the water from these rooms: dining room, living room, upper deck, lower porch, both queen bedrooms. The upper deck is a great gathering place with comfortable outdoor dining. There’s also a lovely, first floor porch in the shade, with two hardwood swing benches overlooking East Side Road, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. A quick 1.3 mile to downtown Oak Bluffs. A quick 1.5 mile to Oak Bluffs town beaches: Pay Beach and Inkwell Beach.
