Beautifully remodeled! Bright and airy contemporary cape on a quiet cul-de-sac. This house offers privacy while still being close to all you love about New Seabury (Beaches, Shopping, Golf, Dining). All rooms have been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. Brand new state of the art gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and decorative lighting...just stock the wine chiller and pop a cork. The living room and master bedroom have cathedral ceilings while the family room lets you get away from the action of the kitchen. There is a large deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning and your cocktails in the afternoon. You can take a relaxing walk, or a quick drive to beautiful South Cape Beach, or a short 6 minute ride to great shopping and restaurants at popular Mashpee Commons. My family and I stayed here for a week in early August. We enjoyed all aspects of the home, particularly the spacious master bedroom, comfortable living room, and gourmet kitchen. The house is impeccably maintained, and presents even better than it appears in the pictures. You can't go wrong choosing this home for a Cape Cod vacation. Everything was provided from linens to beach chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. The screened porch was a lovely place to start or end the day and the hosts provided everything necessary from instructions on using the remote and wireless to a book full of information on local attractions and restaurants. South cape beach is right down the road and walking/biking trails right outside the door. Peter and Robert were very attentive and concerned that our stay was going well. This was our second time at this home and we were not disappointed. We have rented 25+ homes in the last 6 years on vacations and this is by far our favorite. Clean, quiet, with all the amenities of home. Robert and Peter are excellent hosts with great attention to detail. An excellent experience! Our expectations for a wonderful Cape vacation were exceeded in this well-appointed, impeccably clean, and convenient location. We recommend this home without reservation and would be quick to return. Our friends will definitely learn of this setting. The convenient beach nearby (car strongly recommended) and the close proximity to island ferry, baseball games, golf, and quaint Cape villages made this ideal for our diverse interests. We spent four nights in Robert and Peter's lovely home for Thanksgiving 2010. It couldn't have been any better! Lots of room, yet very comfy and cozy, and extremely clean (which is most important to us during our travels). You won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spent the first week of October in Robert and Peter's beautiful home and loved it! The house is first class in every respect, has lovely decor, the location is perfect, and it is absolutely spotless. Several days of our stay included rain, so having such a great house was truly appreciated since we spent more time indoors than originally planned. In addition to being very well equipped, the house included CDs, DVDs and an assortment of local information regarding restaurants, activities, maps, etc. Robert and Peter did not overlook any detail to make our stay the best. And, they returned our deposit very quickly. They truly run a superb home in every aspect. If we're lucky enough to visit Cape Cod again, this would be the first home we'd rent. Thanks SO much for sharing your home with us!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
