5BR/4BA Coconut Beach is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This one story family villa offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront pool and a very sandy beach with lots of Palm Trees that offers long walks in either direction. Pool shoes/fins are required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment.
Many oceanfront windows to the sea fill the villa with Caribbean sunshine year round. Large common area with dining, TV area and large kitchen with breakfast bar. Also a child's table with smaller chairs. (1) King Master Suite; (2) Twin Bedrooms; Another oceanfront King Suite and a queen bedroom that shares a bath with one of the twin bedrooms.
Intimate oceanfront freshwater pool with large wrap-around deck to outdoor shower; lounge chairs and outdoor dining table. Very sandy beach. Charcoal BBQ near pool.
Accommodates 10 people easily (10 adults max.); Excellent family villa and twins can be made up as a king bed for couples.

The house was perfect for our two families - plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The beach, pool and amenities were all we needed to make our vacation a memorable experience for everyone. Great location away from the busy 7-mile area and close enough to Rum Point to find great restaurants and a flat for bonefish. We highly recommend Coconut Beach!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a wonderful vacation at Coconut Beach! The home is perfect for families - lots of living area, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and perfectly located for Rum Point amenities, restaurants and Chisolm's Grocery Store just down the street. We saw stingrays right behind the house and the reef right off the beach was great for snorkeling. Coconut Beach was terrific!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
