The house sits well off the road, with gorgeous views across the fields to Squam Lake and the Squam Range, Rattlesnakes and Red Hill. It is the guest cottage on True Farm, sitting close to the main house, but it still offers the utmost privacy.
The house is beautifully furnished, with a complete kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, large additional sitting room, and an outside porch. Upstairs are three bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms. Ideal for year round use or as a summer rental.
Owner prefers a maximum of 6 people, no pets. The price for year round is $1500 per month, with a slight increase for summer use. The summer weekly rental is $2500 per week plus 9% tax. Two week minimum required.
