Fully Renovated mid 2012, this outstanding luxury single storey executive villa (ChezMickey) is situated on a large lot, has full air-conditioning, Free High Speed Internet WIFI (45Mbps) and has a South West facing pool and extended deck. Located on Tuscan Ridge just off Highway 27, minutes from all the major attractions and some of the best golf courses that Florida has to offer.
The Great Room : A large light lounge with patio doors giving access to the pool and deck area. It is furnished with large comfortable 3-seater and 2-seater sofas, a 47 inch 3D High Definition television system with Blu-Ray DVD Player, and a cable connection free for our guests.
The Family Room : has cable HDTV, a XBOX 360 console - complete with a selection of games. The room is furnished to a high standard with large comfortable sofas. The room is ideal for some quiet time reading, planning a days activities such as which park to visit next, or as a play area/room for the children.
The Kitchen : With is beautiful Granit Counter Top, is open plan and fully fitted with a large storage larder and many modern appliances: dishwasher,microwave, waste disposal, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker,coffee maker, bagel/regular toaster, blender, electric can opener plus cupboards fully laden with crockery, glasses, plastic poolware, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The Breakfast Nook : provides the perfect place for breakfasts with views over the pool.
The Dining Room : with a large table and six chairs, overlooking the pool is an excellent place for formal dining.
The Master Suite : is luxuriously furnished with a beautiful King size bed, side tables and a large dresser with arched mirror. The room is equipped with a cable 32' HDTV, radio clock alarm and ceiling fan. Patio doors from the bedroom give a great view of the pool area.
Leading from the master suite is an inner lobby from which there is a large walk-in closet and a superbly sized en-suite bathroom, comprising large roman tub, separate double walk-in shower, his and her's vanity sink units with cupboards beneath, and a separate toilet. A hair dryer has been provided for your use.
The Guest Suite : incorporates a queen size bed, double closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and cable HDTV. En-suite with large oversize shower, WC and basin with door leading to the pool area. A hairdryer is also available for your convenience.
Twin Rooms : The two twin rooms are accessed via an inner hall from the great room, each has twin beds, both have smart furniture, double wardrobes and ample drawer space. These are divided by a third bathroom which comprises a vanity unit and bath with overhead shower.
Bed linen and all towels are provided (including pool towels) and hairdryers can be found in all the bathrooms.
The Pool : At 28ft X 15ft, the oversized pool has an extended deck area that offers plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing on sunny days. Two outdoor fans are situated under the shade of the large lanai to give cooling breezes.
Pool towels are provided. The pool is on the South/Southwest corner of the building and is sun drenched from early morning to late evening.
For you and your childs/childrens protection the pool is equipped with the latest child safety fencing to help keep unsupervised children away from the pool area. The spacious patio area is equipped tables and high quallity padded chairs and sun loungers.
The game room: With Its Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Table Football And Darts Board, Ping Pong Table, our Games Room is the Perfect place to use up any energy you have left after visiting The Parks. It is Aso the Perfect Way to keep the kids occupied in the evenings while the grown ups enjoy some quiet relaxation.
The pool can be heated upon guest request, this needs to be booked and is charged for separately.

I spent 9 days in this wonderfull villa enjoying sunny Florida while it was snowing at home. I appreciated the space in the villa and the 3 baths giving independance to family members. Pool was warm enough to please everyone. Area is very calm and close to all attraction points in Orlando area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful house, big kitchen, plenty of space for family to spread out. Nice neighborhood, home alarm system makes you feel safe. Kids LOVED the hot tub and pool. Michele Davis was a very courteous and helpful property manager.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Unlike some villas, Chez Mickey is therefore personally supervised and inspected by us, the owners, and by our local Property Manager, Michele Davis, in order to ensure that we continue to offer guests a standard of accommodation which not only meets their needs, but also exceeds their Expectations. Our local Property Management are experienced, capable and committed professionals, who will endeavour to ensure that our guests’ every need is met.

Chez Mickey is situated on Tuscan Ridge, a modern prestigious development of High Quality Executive homes and holiday Villas some 15 minutes drive from Disney, and close to the rest of the major Theme Parks. We are 5 minutes away from the famous Champions Gate Golf complex, with over 30 other Golf Courses and Golf schools within a short drive from the villa, and we are just a few minutes away from the local amenities. At Tuscan Ridge you will be in the peace and quiet of rural Florida, Surrounded by Orange groves next to a forested conservation area, but only a short drive from the best attractions we are just a few minutes drive from Highway 192, so while we are conveniently close to Highway 192’s multitude of Shops, Restaurants and Attractions, we are also far enough away that we don’t suffer from the traffic, the noise, the traffic pollution and the crowds which are inevitably associated with Highway 192.
