More than one million cubic yards of sand have recently been pumped into 7.5 miles of beach extending the shore line by 100 feet. After a full day of activities return home and chill by the pool with your favorite beverage.

This townhome was awesome inside and out. Decorated beautifully, and everything available you could need. The owner always returned phone calls and emails promptly, and was a joy to work with. The walk to the beach was very easy, and the wagon provided by owner made it super easy. This townhome had plenty of room, even for our group of 9. We never felt crowded, very spacious home. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This has been my family's second time visiting this wonderful townhouse. May it be ten guests or four, there is plenty of space to relax together or to find a nice quiet space to read. The kitchen has plenty of tools to easily create your culinary masterpiece even if it is a turkey sandwich. Also, your only a block away from C-Level who have the best raw oysters around! The beach is such an easy walk that it is no trouble to pop in and out all day long. This place is wonderful, spacious, & welcoming we couldn't imagine a more amazing place to call home away from home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My second stay was just as fantastic as the first in this gorgeous house. All the ammenities of home and more! Beautiful views of Panama City from the decks, great pool to cool off in after a long day in the sun and just a quick walk to the beach! We had an amazing vacation in Panama City Beach, the accommodations were wonderful. The house was in a quite neiborhood and only two blocks from the beach. The house was well maintained and the owners were very helpful with all our questions and transactions. We would recommend visiting "Gulf World" and "Zoo World" if you have children or you are an animal lover. If you are an adventure seeker we would recommend renting a boat and spending the day at Shell Island. If you are planing a vacation in Panama City Beach this is the place your are looking for, this house stands out from all others and the owners are excellent to work with.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Our family had a great time with very nice weather and a very nice townhome to spend our vacation in. The owners are great and very easy to work with they made sure we had everything we needed away from home. When we are back down in pc we will want to stay in the beautiful home we stayed in during our stay. What a fabulous villa. Home is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Plenty of space for kids and adults. Linens were very high quality and there were enough towels to keep us from washing clothes everyday. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bed from a queen to a king. Owner's were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had such a wonderful time reconnecting with good friends! The house is beautiful, the bedding was super cozy, and the kids had a blast with all the activities so close by. The weather wasn't good, but that didn't deter from our fun! We shopped, walked to Snookers to eat, and cooked in the awesome kitchen that was stocked with everything you needed. (Did I mention my daughter caughter her first fish at the nearby state park?) The best part, the kids had a separate area to hang out. I can't say enough about how great the house is...granite in kitchen and all bathrooms, private balcony, pool, great master, high end washer/ dryer, and three flat screen t.v.s. Thank you for the awesome memories!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This was my first trip to the area in years, and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. This townhome has it all with multiple decks, an elevator, new furnishings, and a pool. Easy access to the beach and a great location make this a truly wonderful experience. I can't wait to head back soon! Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
For years friends have been telling us about what a great area this is. We were looking for a place where our extended family(5 children 3 spouses and 3 grandchildren) could travel in less than a day. We have not been disapointed. We are away from the traffic yet close to most of the kids activities and best of all we can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Everyone loves this place especially the grand kids.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We can walk out the back door to our heated pool. Andrews park is just 5 minutes away and is absolutely beautiful, great for hiking, biking, fishing, and swimming. Our sons have had some awesome fishing and it doesn't get much better than bringing your catch home and cooking it on the grill. Our beach access is bordered by private homes so we don't have the condo crowds.
