There are several luxury homes in Neskowin, but in this case you get to rent one. It is new on the rental market, as a matter of fact everything about it is 'new'. As of this date, (2/2/12), all of the furniture, dishes, bedding, well, everything-no one has stayed here.
The owner decide to rent not sell, and now many people will get to experience pure luxury. No expense has been spared with high end furniture, fireplace with fossilized limestone face and maple burl mantle and a kitchen to die for. Hardwoods abound with hemlock doors and solid maple floors. The cabinets are solid cherrywood the the appliances are all stainless. There are granite countertops with fossilized limestone. Bathrooms have river rock pebbled floors. The house has wrap around trex decks with lots of places to sit and enjoy the scenery.

The 1800 sq ft house is on a little used side road, no traffic, and a 100yd walk takes you to the beach. You can walk for miles. Golfing? Pull your clubs down the road to the Neskowin golf course.
Centrally located on the scenic Oregon coast, you can take trips north or south and enjoy the natural beauty of our area.

My girlfriend and I rented the Neskowin beach house with another couple to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. It was the perfect size house for all of us! With such a close walk to the beach it was easy to have a bonfire at night or take an early morning run without the risk of having large groups of people crowding the beach. The best part about the house was the elegant fully furnished house. Everything was brand new and clean. The house was fully stocked with plates, silverware, cooking wear, towels linens etc. We didn't need to bring as much extra stuff as we thought. The owner of the home has it set up like someone lived there so it was easy to feel comfortable and fall in love. From when you first walk in the door to your last night there you will not want to leave. It was in the perfect location and we will definitely be returning next year!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
