The property is composed by 3 floors with south and est sun exposure:
The ground floor has double access to a veranda and garden with spectacular view of the countryside.
The kitchen, living room with fireplace and one bathroom with shower are located here.
First floor has 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and one little studio.
Second floor has one large double bedroom with wc and 1 smaller double/or 1 big single bedroom.
Each room is fully equipped (linen, towels, blankets, etc.).
Cleaning departure fee Euro 50,00.
The garden has a great acacia and apricot tree that provides shade and a relaxing hammock.
You can enjoy your dinner outside as a nice table and chairs are provided under the gazebo.
There is a great Pizza/bread wood oven too outside that can be used for one night pizza party (on request).

Rome is three hours away by car.
Nearby train station: Montevarchi 20km (I'll never reccomende Siena).
Nearby airports: Florence 80km and Pisa 150km.

About the owner: Ciao! My name is Alessandra Chiti. I’m originally from Florence but I grew up in Malaga, southern part of Spain. At the age of 11 my family and I moved back in the Chianti-shire for Rampini Ceramics business. In Siena I obtained my degree in modern languages and I immediately started working in local wineries (Capannelle first and Barone Ricasoli in Brolio after), doing tours of the cellars, showing and explaining the wine making process, organizing wine, grappa and olive oil tasting. I speak English, French and Spanish. I’m also an Olive Oil taster. Thanks to my parents, the owners of this little jewel in the heart of Chianti, I can consider myself a traveler and as a traveler I’m probably able to understand better than others what does it mean to find a good service, kind local people and to be welcomed in a foreign country. As the tourism season in Tuscany runs mainly from April until October this permit us to travel all over the world in winter time. Even if I really love to travel... my heart always brings me back to Tuscany! That’s it... I’m waiting for you!
