About the owner: My wife and I have three children and a dog and live in the western suburbs of Chicago. We are currently busy focusing on raising our children in a great school district. we visit grandma parents in Naples during the off season.

My wife and I decided to purchase this unit immediately upon visitng a friend because of the perfect location. Nowhere else in Naples are you able to enjoy convenient, direct access to the beach and have a boat dock/harbor, all on the same property. The location is perfect to share with our friends and rent as we await the day when we can retire in 15 years.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The real draw to the property is the immediate access to the beach so that we can decide on a whim to go to the beach/park with the kids to play/read. While Naples is a busy area, shopping, dining, gas ect are all within a half mile without having to venture in to traffic.
