  We loved the online photos of the house but when we arrived, it was even better than expected. It is a stunning house in a great location. Exactly as described and better. The decor is lovely. It is very spacious, airy and comfortable with everything you need. It was immaculate. Outdoors is lovely and where we spent much of our time when home. The pool is glorious and the garden very nice. It was great to have access to beach towels, chairs and toys. A very nice touch. The owner was very accommodating and we are grateful to her for this. The beaches are very close although we drove due to the amount of kit we took with us each time! Delnor Wiggins was our favourite. The sunsets from the beach are not to be missed. Naples itself is a real treat especially 3rd Street South, 5th Avenue South and Naples Pier. Tin City is also worth a visit. Enjoyed exploring the zoo and botanical gardens. Restaurants on the above mentioned streets are awesome. Lively and classy with delicious food. Really enjoyed Tommy Bahamas. A very memorable two weeks - perhaps one of our best holidays. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. We certainly miss it already.

  Nearly everything was perfect - clean, and enough space for 4 persons. Beautiful and clean pool. Property is in an excellent condition. One little disadvantage: the machine beside the pool (for AC or pool?) was a little bit to loud when sitting in the evening and having small talk with some wine. When it would be possible to put a cover upon the rack to absorb sound I would have given an 'excellent'. Nevertheless I can recommend this property without any doubt. May be that we from 'Old Gemany' are exceptionally sensitive to noise.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  Owner response: Thank you for your stay and review. I wish you would have called about the pool heater noise. It typically shuts off at dusk but we kept it on 24/7 so the water would stay warm during the cool nights Naples had in February.   We loved the house very much. Just like you described it. The pool was so nice to have and thanks for the warm water. We also enjoyed the bikes. We hope to be back again. My girlfriend is going to try to rent it this fall. Thanks for helping us have a great winter getaway.Rhonda

  Essentially, I must say we loved the place, Everything about the house looks great, works great, and is great. From every appliance you can think of down to all the tools you may possibly need, you name it...it's there for you. Top notch beach chairs, bath towels, appliances, pots and pans, china, silverware...We even felt like cooking!! Not to mention the very quick and efficient grill. Also, there were 3 board games we played with our little 4 year old girl. Hether, thank you so much for offering nothing but the best to your guests. I'm so happy we chose your place! We are considering coming back to Naples next year and we'll sure book early to guarantee our paradise week at your place!

  Great vacation home. Tastefully decorated, airy, clean and spacious. It was easy to keep the place organized because there was so much open space. There were eight of us staying and we were not crowded at all. Pool and lanai were great, especially all the comfortable outdoor seating. Easy drive or bike ride to Wiggins Beach, really appreciated the family pass for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again.

  My family teases me for obsessively researching any travel destinations I'm considering. This was our first time staying in a vacation home so I probably put a little more effort into this trip than usual, but it really paid off. We found ourselves in a tastefully redecorated home with everything we needed to simply relax. The neighborhood is dense residential, but this home manages to feel like an isolated oasis. The landscaping is lovely and the fence surrounding the backyard allowed us plenty of privacy to swim, drink morning coffee, grill, eat dinner, hunt anoles and other little critters, and just plain feel we were removed from the usual activities of daily life. The inside of the house is liveable-- I'm not sure how else to best describe it. We played the board games the family keeps in the buffet. We all sat and watched movies together with plenty of room to spare on the sofa. I cooked all of the meals without feeling like I was missing my favorite kitchen accessory. I wasn't in a constant state of panicking that the toddler would spill something or the teenager would drip pool water on the floor when coming into the kitchen for a drink. Everything wipes up and sweeps up. It is tastefully done while feeling just like home. We enjoyed the easy access to Delnor Wiggins State Park's gorgeous clean beach, as well as several grocery stores and drug stores. Everything we needed was within a few minutes drive of the house. Hether maintained excellent contact throughout the process, making sure we had all the information we needed before arrival, checking to make sure all was well the morning after our arrival, and promptly verifying that everything was in place after our departure. While this is the home to which I will return when I return to this area, I can only hope that any other homes I may someday rent might be so well cared for by such thoughtful owners.

  We find this property in excellent condition. The listing description and photos are very accurate. Location, privacy, accommodations, accesseries and neatness were all added benefits to our short trip to Naples. This is an excellent place to spend your vacation at. Owners provided good communication. Please, keep it in good condition, and we'll be sure to come back next year!

  From new appliances to quality furniture and sheets and the perfectly manicured lawn, this place is impressive. All information and pictures were completely accurate. The owner was very good about responding to inquiries and even followed up during my stay to be sure I was comfortable and happy. This home is hands down the nicest place you will find in this price range. We enjoyed grilling and swimming and relaxing here so much, I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

  We rented this house a couple of weeks ago and were very impressed. The house was gorgeous and everything was very tastefully decorated and in great condition. The kitchen was well equipped and the home owners were very accomodating. The only thing I could even think of adding is a few pool toys (adult floats, etc.). Other than that, it was perfect! Hoping to rent again next year. ;-)

  We have rented several homes over the past 4 yrs in the Naples Park area. We have always been satisfied, but this house was awesome. The owners did an incredible, tasteful and thorough job of revamping this property. This home has a peaceful, sunny large pool area and a lovely kidney shaped pool. 2 poolside tables and chairs as well as 2 chaise lounges. The owner and property manager were very responsive to any questions. I walked to the beach and back every day from the house. My children rode the provided bikes to the beach. My husband drove the provided beach chairs/cooler. It is close to one of the newer Publix grocery/liquor stores and a CVS. The Turtle Club is consistently good and a lovely beach setting albeit on the pricey side. Charlie Chang's in the Doubletree is an excellent family place with a lovely deck. Downtown Naples is about a 15 minute drive and has many wonderful restaurants to choose. Would recommend in a minute to anyone looking for a rental property.
