It is equipped with a shower and would service an elderly or handicapped person. The main floor also has a powder room with hand-painted sink.
There is an extra-large yard which is ideal for family barbecues with a large play area for children. A private drive is great for extra parking. Within one-and-one-half miles are parks, additional swimming and hiking areas, churches,and restaurants. The property is smoke free and pet free.
