We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little rental house. It was perfectly located for our visit. Just down the street from the Falmouth Commodore baseball field, where they played all their home games almost every night. It was just a short walk from a water inlet from the Sound. And just a short bike ride to the popular beaches in Falmouth. Also very close to Main St. for food, shopping and the Island Queen Ferry that takes you to Martha's Vineyard. So the location is outstanding. The house itself met our needs. We loved the hot water in the outdoor shower. A very family friendly place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful in case something comes up that requires urgent attention.

Mr. and Mrs. G
Mr. G. and I invited our daughter, her hubby, our grand daughter, and little friend to enjoy a week at the ocean with us. It so happened that my three siblings were staying in Falmouth Heights where I gew up with their entended families. What a wonderful family reunion. We visited at the Heights most of the time and I held my two great, great grand nephews for the first time ever! My hub and son-in-law are avid fishermen (so was I). Next time we are bringing our gear and obtaining our licenses for ocean fishing (New law , but because we old the license would be free!) , Several days my 80+ year old sis asked if she could come over to Chestnut and veg out in the AIR conditioned home of OURS! The two 11 year olds spent most of the day in the ocean and the evenings were 'camping' in their bunk room. They LOVED the bunk room ! ! Our 14 year old Bichon loved the deck and sunned herself while watching the bunnies run past in the yard. (She is very mellow.) This home is an oasis in an otherwise very busy Town. Now, no person dare take my week next June! Please! Also, we are considering renting either in the fall or in the mid-winter. Alter all, we can get 13 feet of snow a winter in northern NH. Falmouth weather is very mild and one can even walk on the beach in January and beyond. We never asked, as we had free acess to the beaches through my sisters and brother, but, perhaps a beach sticker could be available for those who are new to the area. Just a thought. Cheers and thank you so much for a very clean and beautiful home. In fact, just as soon as we win megabucks, D and I are going to buy it from you, J and P. Don't hold your breath ! ! Best regards, D and A

Owner response: Mr & Mrs G hope you come back soon, great to meet both of you.
This is an awesome rental. Clean, comfortable & as promised. The owners are friendly & reliable. I stayed here for a week while visiting my son who was in the area for the summer. Things were easily to get to by car. The beach is a drive so remember to bring your auto registration & rental agreement in order to get a beach parking pass. It was a great home away from home. Thanks John!

Owner response: Cindy, thanks for your review. We are glad you like the house and enjoyed your vacation. You are welcomed back any time, its nice to have guests like you.
We stayed at Jim & Patty's home for the Memorial Day Weekend. The home is exactly as depictated in the pics. The property is well maintained and immaculate. You could literally eat off the floors! The home is fully equipped and there was nothing I needed that was not there. We were a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth which has great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home.

John & Patty, we had a great time at your place. You were right you are walking distance to everything. Great Bay is only a block away and the walk along the shore is beautiful. The bikes we fun to get around on also. Your house and yard is beautiful, and great neighbors. We will definitely be back.
