This home is beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for, cannot beat the location. Snowshoeing in the Sargent just around the corner, and mainstreet/restaurants/grocery store short drive or walk away. We were pleasantly surprised by the wild turkeys and deer in the front yard! The home is beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to visit again this summer!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

We have rented several houses on VRBO and this was one of the best! We had 3 couples (6 adults) and there was plenty of room for all of us! The front patio is a great place to sit and enjoy the morning while sipping our morning coffee, the living room was comfortable for sitting around and talking too. It is an easy walk to the train station, a short drive to High Country for dinner, and a very pretty location (ignore the house next door, ugh, but there's a nice high wall between them!). Fabian was a wonderful host, easy to reach by e-mail and later by text message.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Fabian, thank you so much for renting us your beautiful home. I can't tell you how nice it was to have such a sweet and accommodating place to stay in Chama. Our fishing trip to the San Juan was perfect. There was more than enough room for our boat and vehicles. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. When we got back to Chama from the Juan, we cleaned up and walked down to Foster's for dinner.....in the morning we made breakfast, then made the beautiful drive back down to Albuquerque.....it worked out great. We will definitely be back to fish the Chama and Conejos this summer, thanks again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
