Our beautiful Colonnade Club villa is in a serene setting on Shipyard, close to the beach. A relaxing pool and hot tub for Colonnade members exclusively. Enjoy all the amenities of Shipyard including three golf courses, Van der Meer tennis, extensive biking/skating trails in a lush tropical paradise. Enjoy birdwatching and turtle feeding right from the villa deck.

This first floor villa has a beautiful lagoon/golf view from its spacious deck. Our villa has been recently renovated with a new kitchen and new flooring and a new sleeper sofa and loveseat. You'll find every convenience of home including full kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, internet access, cable TV in every room, in this youngest Shipyard complex with lovely French/Caribbean architecture. The beautiful white sandy beach and the new Shipyard beach house are just eight minutes walk away. Excellent dining or cocktails to end a perfect day in paradise at the Crowne Plaza Resort are just steps away.

  • Very comfortable home for our family of five. Centrally located and accomadates all your needs for a lovely vacation. Bicycles are a definite must for enjoying the community. Great golf course with lots of challenges and scenery along the way. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a well cared for, clean home to stay in while visiting Hilton Head.

  • Our young family had a fabulous time!! We were so close to the beach and the recommendation for bicycles was excellent as we used them every day. I loved the quiet, tree- filled setting as well as the small lagoon next to our abode. Oh yes, the neighborhood pool was a stones throw away and that was wonderful, particularly at the end of the day when the kids wanted a quick "extra dip" before dinner.   • Everything was wonderful. Villa 163 at Colonnade was a refreshing upgrade from standard motel rooms, for less money! Everyone involved in our stay was extremely kind and helpful. We will do this again!
