The Pickwick Oceanfront is the second floor of a house located at Philadelphia Street and the Boardwalk. The unit is a studio unit with a shared sun deck facing the ocean and the beach and has a fully-equipped kitchen. The full bath and kitchen are both new and the whole unit is totally renovated.
This unit faces the ocean and has a fabulous sun deck facing the beach and the ocean. Great view of everything and just walk across the lawn and the boardwalk into the sand beach and down to the ocean. You can't get any closer than this.
In 2009, this unit was built and has all new furnishings and equipment. Beautiful kitchen and full bath with tub and shower. There are two queen size beds, color cable TV, dining area, and lots of light.
This unit is approximately 600 square feet. It accommodates four people including children. There is one parking space assigned on the premises. Check-in time is two PM and check out time is 11 AM. The unit must be cleaned on check out. Located on the Boardwalk, you can walk to anything in Rehoboth from this location.....and let your children walk down the boardwalk to the amusements which are close by.
Only one block to St. Edmunds Catholic Church and other local churches.
Walk to everything in Rehoboth from here.....restaurants, amusements, shopping, bike & scooter rental, close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet.
