My family and I rented this condo for a week during Easter. Prior to staying in this condo at Sanibel Arms West, we rented another unit in this facility for one night. Boy, it is amazing how 1970's decorations look so tired in most of these units. But when we arrived in I-8- WOW! The owner has remodeled the kitchen, opening up the wall between the kitchen and the living room. Very nice granite counters, beautiful cabinets with soft close hinges. Very nice furniture and everything was perfectly clean. The bedrooms were wonderful. This owner also owns unit I-4, but we have not seen it. You can't go wrong with this unit. Enjoy the beach!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

About the owner: I am a semi-retired tax CPA from Maryland. I am a native of Chicago. My wife is a great quilter.
