Three bedrooms, three baths, laundry room, kitchen, living room with entertainment center, cable TV through the house,. Large sunroom with two dining tables and six chairs. Daybed in the sunroom. Outside the house has an upper and lower deck, boardwalk to the beach, outside shower, and off street parking The house will sleep comfortably 9-10 people. The master bedroom has two double beds, the middle bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has one double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath

Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Check out time is before 10:00 a.m. Check out procedures include removing all garbage from unit, washing all dishes.
Age Requirements
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless with parent.
Half of the rental fee is required immediately to make the reservation and the remaining half must be paid upon arrival. Please make payment in the form of cash, traveler's check, money order, cashier's check.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUTS,CANCELLATIONS OR EARLY DEPARTURES DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER We will only refund unused days in the event of a MANDATORY evacuation. Cleaning fees are not refund
Additional Fees and Taxes:
There is a $150.00(US) cleaning fee and $500.00 security deposit(US)
The security deposit will be refunded if the house is left in a
satisfactory condition.
