Cool, inviting colors throughout this newly remodeled and comfortably furnished three bedroom, two bath, fourth floor condominium enhance the stunning views from our balcony.
The living room and master bedroom both open to the roomy outdoor area that overlooks the famous sugar sand beaches and the pool area.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with memory foam mattress that makes it so inviting to sleep in. It is equipped with 32' HD flat screen, DVD player and Netflix. The master bath has twin sinks and a large garden tub.
A queen size memory bed in the second bedroom has a view of the bay and private entrance into the second bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and large walk in closet. Each room has a flat screen TV and DVD.
The kitchen is very chef equipped and is open to the comfortable dining and living area. Seats six at the breakfast bar and four at the dining room table. The living area is beautifully furnished and includes a new sectional sofa with super sleeper mattress, a 40' HDTV, DVD, and Netflix. We also have WIFI and TV/Laptop connect-ability.
The balcony views are simply stunning. We overlook the saltwater pools with cascading waterfalls, pastel colored homes and finally the beautiful emerald colored Gulf of Mexico.
Relax on the 8th floor sundeck. You and your best can watch some magnificent sunsets and later, lay around and stargaze. During the day, there are misting areas and a fridge for keeping your beverages ice cold. On a clear day, you can see the people stuck in traffic in Orange Beach!

A short walk away is the world famous white sugar sand beach and warm inviting gulf waters. You are at the end of the civilized world so take a long stroll along the unpopulated natural sand dunes and pristine gulf waters.
Situated on the most secluded part of the island Historic Fort Morgan is just down the road, past the ferry to Dauphin Island. The beautiful surroundings and lack of traffic begs you to bring your bicycles.

We usually vacation at the Gulf Shores area once or twice a year. We love The Indies because it is quiet and lets you have a beach retreat without all the commercial bells and whistles. It's quiet and family friendly. The complex is secure, with fitness center and pool. The beach is just a short walk away too! When we saw the pictures for 404, we were sold on the place. But when we walked in, it was even better than the photos! Clean, nicely decorated, very comfy, and with all the accommodations you could want to feel at home. This owner was very helpful and wanted our family to have a great time in his home. We'll plan to rent this again in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is the best place to go for your every need. First, Rob is so great and cares so much for every person who stays in his home. He is the most caring person and only wants your stay to be perfect, which he does so very well. Second the condo is to beautiful and makes you feel so much at home. Breathtaking views and the most amazing beach to walk and meet such nice people from different places. His condo has everying you could ever need for a great stay. We were so lucky to able to stay for 2 months and each day was such a blessing. I assure you that everyone who stays there will have a remarkable time. We surely will be back to our piece of paradise.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our stay couldnt have been any better. The owner was very accomidating to our needs. We had 6 grown adults in our party and were all very comfortable. Top notch everything. We ate out one night at the Steamer, which was so delicious. And stopped at the local Walmart to cook dinner for the second night. We all cant wait to return with our children for our next vacation. Makes me never want to book a hotel again!! This was one of the BEST condos my family and I have ever rented. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was so nice having all the things we needed to make dinner. We also loved working with Rob. It was easy to tell what a kind and good man he is. His main concern as well as his wife, was for us to have a great time. He even called and emailed to make sure everything was as expected. We did have one problem.....WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE. The location and views are amazing. We always were able to get beach chairs by the pool. That has not happened in the past condos we stayed unless we would arrived when the pool opened. Just a great place to stay. I loved the security guard too. He was so friendly!!! I am hopeful we can come back soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

If you want a great vacation, stay at this condo! It was very clean, beautiful, quiet, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The view is gorgeous, the pool is heated and wonderful. Rob, the owner, was so helpful, prompt, and friendly. He even helped us with special requests we had. Plenty of space for our family of 7! We had a wonderful time. So much to do fairly close by. Don't bother searching anymore, stay here, you won't regret it!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

Exceptional condo for our family vacation of four. Great views of the beach and salt water pool. Easy to monitor activity at pool from balcony. Best place to enjoy dolphins playing close to the shore every morning on the beach. We could even see the dolphins from the balcony! Enjoyed watching boats at night. Vacation rentals you pass on short and pleasant walk to beach were well kept and had a neighborly feel. Pool area was cleaned every morning. 24 hour security. Inside of condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and appeared to be recently renovated. Kitchen appliances, utensils, tableware, bedding and bathrooms were obviously brand new. Beds were amazingly comfortable. We hope to return to this particular rental very soon. Thanks to the owners for making our vacation fun and relaxing!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a really good time. The condo is super nice & really clean. The owner is really nice. We got a chance to meet him at the ferry as we were leaving. The grounds throughout are really kept up. It's relaxing & the beach is a nice walk. We are 58 & the exercise was good! Take a flashlight on the beach at night to see the sand crabs, they are fast! You can see alot from the balcony, really pretty view. We recommend Tacky Jack's restaurant across the street, for breakfast & dinner. Try their fried pickles! The Oceans restaurant has great food & entertainment while you eat. ( it is next to Dollar General). Can't wait to we go back & thanks to the owners again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose The Indies:
We have 4 adult children and two boys, ages 3 and 4. The Indies provides the best in safety and amminities. The children's pool features a cascading waterfall, seperate toddler pool, large adult pool and hot tub. The resort has mulitple expensive homes and is very well kept. We searched for a beach front home or condo for fourteen months and looked everywhere from Perdido Key to Fort Morgan. We visited over 30 properties and fell in love Ihe condo the minute that we walked in the door. Summertime in the Gulf Shores/Orange beach area means one thing. Traffic! We love the Fort Morgan area and there is plenty to do without having to 'go to town'. Plan on spending 4-5 days beaching, one for shopping and one for Waterville.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Everything is so close, yet so far. We just love starting our day on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the beach come to life.
The peak season means a lot of guest so you never feel lonely at the pool or beach, but you don't have to crawl over people to find a nice spot to enjoy the sun and fun.
