  This was my families third vacation to Myrtle and the Margate is definitely the best location on the beach and your condo was the best yet. For anyone searching for the right place, I recommend that you stop right here. The grounds are lovely and well kept and I love the fact that it is in a gated community. The lobby is upscale and clean and the staff is very friendly with helpful tips on where to dine, sight-see, etc. Parking was always available and right out front of the building. The pools were terrific and the beach well maintained. The condo was incredibly spacious and tastefully custom decorated in a colorful, bright, fun, beach theme that was appealing to both adults and children. I am a real "stickler" for cleanliness and found the condo to be immaculate. We enjoyed meals and just spending down time on the balcony and the view from the 18th floor was spectacular! Two of the bedrooms had their own en suite bathrooms, providing privacy, and had direct oceanfront views for those breathtaking sunrises. The beds were comfortable and there were flat screen TV's galore. The quiet location of the third bedroom was perfect for my young grandchildren who went to bed long before the adults. It had all the amenities needed to make our stay very comfortable. There wasn't anything missing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous condo and the owner, Clarke, "IS THE GREATEST"! Definitely will be back soon........

  This condo is incredible! Kid friendly, bright, tastefully & comfortably decorated. We booked only 4 nights & then did not want to leave!!!! The 18 floor ocean view from the living room, master & 1st guest is awesome. Absolute Luxury! Owner was extremely accommodating. Can't wait to go back!!!

  My wife and I rented this fabulous condo in March and have already booked our return trip. This condo has gorgeous unbstructed direct ocean front views of the ocean. It is very large and very clean. The pictures just can't do it justice, it is so nice! The owner is the best. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect and he is so easy to work with. Our whole experience was perfect and that is why we have already booked our return trip.

  We rented the apartment for the spring break and it was great. Frankly the pictures don't do justice to the condo, it's way better when you get there. Direct ocean front which means 24/7 view of the ocean. We had kids 6 and 4 who had a really great time on the beach building sand castles,collecting shells. The owner Clarke took great care to make our stay as comfortable as possible and was always available on phone to answer any querries we had.All in all a great place for vacation. Surely looking forward to return.
