  This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rome. The central location is excellent and the surrounding area had everything you could need for self catering. It was very clean. The apartment block itself was quiet too. There were two babies in the group and they enjoyed exploring the large, safe rooms. The apartment's owner, Paulo, was extremely helpful and welcoming before and during our stay. He made arriving in a strange city at night feel very easy.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, hell, sehr geräumig und versprüht eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Trotz der angrenzenden Hauptstraße ist das Appartment geräuscharm. Es befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage, und stellt somit eine ideale Ausgangsbasis zur Erkundung des antiken Roms dar! Einkaufsmarkt, preiswerte Restaurants sowie Bushaltestellen und Metrostationen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden und daher schnell und unkompliziert zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter gibt auch gerne Tipps und hilft bei der Buchung von geführten Besichtigungstouren (Vermeidung langer Wartezeiten). Unser Fazit: Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This place is ideally located close to the colosseum. The owner was quick to return any phone calls and questions. There are certain things that are said to be included that were not available and only upon arrival did we find this out. There is not telephone line or phone provided which is a major inconvenience for a foreigner travelling to a city. The washer and dishwasher are there, but you are expected to provide your own soap even if you are only there for a few days, another inconvenience that is not explained. The weather was damp and rainy but there was no umbrella available and was not able to be provided upon request. Heating was not available either, the attempt to provide it with the air conditioning system was not sufficient as it blew cool air, although an extra blanket was provided with no extra cost, which was kind. The apartment is very comfortable and appears clean and tidy, although walking around with white socks proves the floors to be very dirty as they turned black. Overall an excellent location with a friendly owner.
