Our vacation townhouse, 'Casa de Addison,' is centrally located in Marathon and within walking distance to various shopping and gift stores, grocery and drug stores, post office, bank, movie theater, sports bar, and several restaurants.
The waters surrounding Marathon provide some of the best fishing in the world, unsurpassed diving from the coral reefs, and excursions by land and boating at their best.
Our vacation rental sit on a 200-foot wide basin canal and features a balcony on the second and third level which overlook the basin and the Sombrero Golf Course. We have deep water dockage for your boat and there is easy access to both the ocean and the bay via the canal.
In addition, the Museum of Natural History, Sombrero Beach, Crane Point Hammock, Seven-mile Bridge, Pigeon Key Museum, and the Dolphin Research Center are located nearby.
There are several marinas which provide boat rentals for fishing, diving, snorkeling, and excursions. For you boaters... a boat ramp is located at the end of the street.

In the relaxed island atmosphere it is not unusual to encounter wildlife such as dolphins, manatee, sea turtles, herons, egrets, and osprey on a frequent basis, or to behold the unique variety of tropical trees and shrubs, and to watch magnificent sunsets.
Our townhouse features covered parking on the ground level; a living room, kitchen, laundry area, and a one-half bath on the second level. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the third level. The vacation rental is attractively decorated in a tropical theme, is clean, and the grounds are well-maintained.
The townhome comes completely furnished and features air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, stereo, patio furniture, gas grill for barbecuing, towels, linens, dishware/utensils, cookware, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. Local phone calls are FREE.
We have boat docks, a concrete bait table, and a five cubic-foot freezer for the fisherman, and bicycles for our guests.
