Luxury 1050sq ft condo located in beautiful Marina Del Rey right on the Marina docks, less than a mile from the beach. This fully furnished 1 bedroom condo is in the luxury towers of the Marina City Club, the Marina's only waterfront community. Situated on an upper floor of the East Tower South, with sweeping, panoramic water views.
The Marina City Club amenities include: Full Fitness Center and spa on site, as well as Gourmet restaurant with Full Bar and room service, City Cafe, Beauty Salon, Coffee House, Snack Bar, 6 tennis courts, 3 heated swimming pools, 3 racketball courts, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, on-site small liquor-and-grocery store, postal services and dry cleaners are located within the same tower.
Two LCD TVs: 42' (living room) and 32' (bedroom) with Premier entertainment package. Bedroom features queen-size bed with down pillows, down comforter and designer linens.

The Marina City Club offers all the amenities you could hope for, such as 16,000 sq. ft. Fitness Center (with personal trainers and nutritionists) and spa on site as well as restaurant with room service. Facilities include Gourmet restaurant with Full Bar, City Cafe, Beauty Salon, on-site grocery store, Coffee House, Snack Bar, postal services, 6 tennis courts, 3 racketball courts, 2 paddle ball tennis courts, 3 heated swimming pools, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, spa and yacht club. Laundry Card provided for shared Washer-Dryer on same floor.
Temporary memberships can be arranged for use of the Marina City Club facilities: Fitness Center (weight room, cardio equipment, yoga classes, 3 heated pools, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi), Tennis and racket ball courts, Spa (facials and massages).
The bedroom includes a queen Aireloom Vitagenic luxury handmade mattress with down pillows, down comforter and designer linens. In addition, the condo has a queen-size pull-out Murphy bed with a Spinal Pedic Ortho Poise mattress behind cabinet doors in the dining area.
The living room and bedroom open onto a spacious, private balcony overlooking the Marina and Ocean view.
The Marina City Club is located minutes from LAX and the Venice Media District. Easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways, as well as to boating and water sports, fine restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, fast-food services, dry cleaners and other domestic services.
Two LCD TVs: 42'(living room) and 32' (bedroom) Flat screen TVs w/ DirecTV Premier cable package on both TVs (265+ channels; 60+ Movie and Sports channels including local channels; 60 channels of satellite radio featuring music, news, sports and entertainment). Maid service, laundry service, chauffeur, massage treatments, food and liquor services can be arranged for additional fees. Local and long distance (within USA) phone service, satellite TV, wireless cable modem, covered parking and utilities included.
Beach info: You are able to walk to a marina beach called Mother's Beach. You also have the option of going to the ocean which is approximately 15 minute walk or even quicker by bike! However, you have three pools to choose from, all on-site at the Marina City Club.
Venice Beach is a short walk away where there are many restaurants. While at Venice Beach you can swim in the ocean, stroll the Venice Boardwalk, see Muscle Beach, rent bikes or skates.
South Bay Bicycle Trail: Bike, skate, walk or run along a 26-mile magnificent oceanside bike path that is located directly across the Marina City Club stretching from Malibu through the Marina south to Palos Verdes. Rent in-line skates and bikes at Spokes & Stuff, 4175 Admiralty Way, in the parking lot of the Jamaica Bay Inn, at Daniel's Bicycle Rentals & Sales in Fisherman's Village or Venice Bike & Skates. You can keep them overnight.
Bikes are a great way to get around the Marina and the surrounding area. You can ride to all the near-by tourist attractions: Venice Beach, Venice Boardwalk, Muscle Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica Beach, Third Street Promenade, Palisades Park, Montana Avenue and restaurants in Venice and Santa Monica.

We really enjoyed this new condo and the wonderful view and privacy. We had a wonderful visit and wish to come back again soon. We had a wonderful vacation and we really enjoyed LA.
