We stayed at the South Shore Cottage for a long weekend in September. It was a perfect location for wine touring. The cottage easily fit our large group, everything was very clean, and the property was nicely redecorated! Michelle was very easy to work with! We visited the sleeping bear dunes, driving Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive. We also hired Celtic Shuttles to transport us between the local wineries. Our driver Larry was great!! On our last night we had a bonefire down by the lake, what a perfect way to end the weekend. Needless to say I would highly recommend this property to all my friends!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at this cottage was wonderful. We had 8 people, with 2 being young children. The house had plenty of room for all of us, a wonderful and functional kitchen, an amazing view of the lake, a dock within a small distance downhill (and good for swimming too), a giant fire pit, and plenty of property for the kids to run around. We all enjoyed the proximity to many wineries and towns. There was always something to do without having to drive a long way. We appreciated the fans in the house since the weather was unusually warm. It was obvious that the owners tried to make the house as homey as possible! Overall a great place to stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I was lucky enough to book this house for vacation with my family, and it was all that I was looking for and more. It had just been renovated, so it was clean and the service from the renters was above and beyond, they thought of everything!!! If something was wrong they were there in a heartbeat and fixed it. They gave suggestions on what to do and made our vacation one that I wished would not end. We did a lot of fun things, be we know there is more to do, so we will be back!!!!! The property was beautiful and had everything we wanted. It was lakefront and we rented kayaks, went swimming, had bonfires and just enjoyed it all. The area was heaven, all green and beautiful to explore and appreciate. I would recommend this property to everyone, (Except when I want to go back!!) Thanks Michelle, Richard,and (Dennis and Karen too!)Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
