Our complete renovation includes ash hardwood flooring, high end contemporary furnishings,and the most comfortably fabulous TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses on both queen sized beds to guarantee you a wonderful night's rest. In addition each queen bed is clothed in the finest Egyptian cotton linens.
The Master bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, chest, TV, separate sitting area, full bathroom and an in suite office alcove. The second bedroom has the same queen bed complete with the luxurious Egyptian cotton linens, dresser, TV. The third bedroom is a double bunk room. That's right. It will EASILY accomodate a large family or TWO families can readily share this unit. For additional sleeping arrangements, a double high, very comfortable, queen-sized, inflatable mattress complete with linens is available for the living room. There is a gorgeous separate dining room and kitchen bar seating area. The studio lockout includes a 4th bed which is a murphy bed, a 3rd bathroom, a 2nd full kitchen, dining area and sitting area, You'll love our home that we've appointed with just you in mind so much that you'll never want to leave. The villa has a carport that conveniently covers your vehicle. This resort property provides access to you of 1100 feet of private , powder white sand beach with beach chaise lounge and water sport rental services, private marina with boat dockage, waterfront Louisiana Lagniappe Cajun restaurant, complimentary golf on 9-hole, par 3 course, 6 lighted tennis courts, 5 swimming pools (2 are heated) and 3 hot tubs. The beach is a short 3-4 minute walk.
The tennis courts are one door from our unit and the restaurant, pool and marina are steps away. In this multiple amenity inclusive resort you can do it all at your pace or relax and do nothing at all. Either way, your family and your friends will recall fond memories made here for a lifetime.

Our families (2 families: 5 kids; 8-16 years of age, 4 adults total) gave this rental high marks. It was clean, well decorated, comfortable, spacious, and felt like home away from home, literally. This rental provided nearly all the amenities one could think of to make our stay enjoyable. The beautiful Destin Beach is a quick walk out of the complex and across a road. The whole area is pretty pedestrian friendly. We felt safe, and carefree while enjoying the sunny Destin area. The beaches are exceptional with waves that rose high for our kids to boogie board in and we even saw the occasional dolphin! There is no doubt, if given the opportunity, that all us would return to this rental in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

From the booking, to the arrival, to the departure...........everything went smooth and was wonderful. Kathy made experience an easy one. we will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Check in is 3pm, check out is 10am. Security will require proof of ID on arrival. The office will need to know all of the names of the occupants at your earliest opportunity. Security will issue a parking pass. This is a NON SMOKING unit. The housekeeper name and contact information is placed on the refrigerator for your convenience. The depart instructions that housekeeping requests are listed on the refrigerator too. The beach gate code changes monthly, please check with guard shack. The lock box code located on the wall next to the front door will be provided after full payment received. Please place the key in the lockbox at your departure. A missing key is a 25.00 dollar charge. Any information needed about activities in the area is to be directed to the front desk which is open from 9am to 5pm. Other pertinent unit information is on the refrigerator. All amenities are included complimentary. Beach chair rentals and Water sport rentals are available for purchase as you enter the beach area.
